Let me start by saying that they should take the Tennis out of their name. I don't play golf. If I did, I would probably have loved this place. They had so much golf gear it was insane. I was hoping to find some new tennis clothes. Yeah right. They did have one tiny section of women's tennis apparel, a few bags, a small selection of racquets and a couple pairs of shoes. The tennis clothes were very picked over- obviously I was not the first to come here looking for something other than golf gear. They had Tail, Nike, and Adidas. Some of the items were marked 10% off and those were exceptionally picked over. Bottom line- if you need golf gear this is your store. If you are in need of tennis gear I suggest you head somewhere else. read more

This store is great! I love the merchandise and people there are pretty helpfull. EXCEPT for one employee which i dont know his name. I was walking around the store and went to the new club rack and saw a Hybrid club that had been clearly used and even had scuff marks, It was the OBVIOUS demo club. So i pick it up and go to the hitting bay and start the computer so that it will track my shots, as im about to hit(mind you I havent hit a shot) an employee comes up to me and asks if i purchased the club, for which i responded no, he later takes the club from my hand and inspects the face of the club (that had been clearly hit by someone else) and accuses me of hitting it and damaging a "NEW CLUB". I told him that i hadnt hit the club and he later goes on and asks if im calling him a lier, and i tell him that he isnt a lier im just saying that i havent hit the club and later invite him to check the security cameras to prove that hes wrong. He starts walking away and I keep insisting on checking the cameras and he turns back and tells me to SHUT UP!!!!! At that moment I ask him if hes out of his mind and he says: YEAH A LITTLE BIT. This employee was really rude and disrespectfull, he insulted a costumer without having any reason to do so. I go up to the manager and complain and all they can come up with is a $10 gift card. I DONT WANT A GIFT CARD!!! This is outrage! What kind of people are they hiring that can go up and insult costumers?!?! I hope this person gets fired and banned from working in any golf store of course! I feel really offended! read more

The emphasis here is on Golf. I only play tennis and was hoping for much more. You have to be a member to try out racquets. This policy may work for Golf but is terrible for Tennis. The racquets are full price and not much on discounted clothes. You can find some good deals on tennis shoes at times. read more

Tried to use promo coupons but I could only use one per transaction. There are also top name brands that are excluded from promotions such as Ping, Nike, and Titleist. For players who use these clubs, it can be a big disappointment. read more

Visited The PGA super store today with the intent of testing the Taylor Made M1 Driver, Three Wood and Five Hybrid, versus my present equipment. The gentleman I encountered seemed less than interested and was extremely rude to me. He set the booth up and told me to go ahead and hit a few with my clubs to get loosened up, so I proceeded while he searched for a hybrid . When he returned, he said" How many balls you going to hit, you have hit a lot already" . This was said in a very nasty tone and really pissed me off. I told him that I was waiting for him to bring the hybrid. He stated, again, in not a very nice tone, well we don't have any. At this point I was quite upset, so haphazardly hit a couple of balls with the Three wood and Driver and said " I will think about it". On the way out I asked another employee, who should know, if the new TM golf ball was in. The reply was " I don't know." I will never go to this store again. I guess they feel there is no competition since Golfsmith closed and they can treat customers anyway they like. Thumbs Down on this place. read more

Four of us ladies was shopping there on 5-26-2011. Had THE MOST WONDERFUL sales lady (Debroah) helping us.Of course we bought clothes and shoes, but we also was interested in purchasing 4 pink shirts of varing sizes for our Rally for the Cure tournament. When they had only 3 in the sizes we needed, she litterally took close to an hour calling around the country looking for one shirt! This morning, she called me back with the sad news, it could not be located. This is what I call customer service at it's BEST!!!! read more
