The wedding I went to had an area set up with a tent and tables, an area with bags and giant Yahtzee, and an area across the driveway where the ceremony was held. The barn itself is bigger than it looks from outside and was able to accommodate several tables, a bar, a snack table, and a dance floor in addition to the built-in stage and a small deck out back. Downstairs there is a staging area for staff and those helping to keep the wedding going that's curtained off and the bathrooms. A++ for the staff - everyone I encountered was so nice and helpful and seemed to genuinely be enjoying themselves. D for the bathrooms. 1) There were only two stalls in the ladies room for about a hundred women. 2) The locks were out of alignment and I kept pinching my finger trying to get in and out. 3) The outer bathroom door stayed open so anyone was hanging out in the hallway could hear you taking care of business. 4) There was such a large gap in the stall door nearest the sink that anyone who was washing their hands had a pretty good view of you on the toilet. Yikes. Pretty much everyone I knew commented on the bathrooms and the awkwardness - improving those would go a long way to creating a five-star experience!

The bar car was super cute and quaint, but also tight and cramped, especially with a crowd. The other car had the bar up front and the dance floor and seating in the back. This car had a cover, so we just did cocktails and lounged a bit in the bar car. The single bartender, while he was friendly and made a good cocktail, created a backlog of folks waiting for drinks. We waited 10 minutes in a single file line for our cocktails. I went with the espresso martini, and my pal got an old fashioned. Both tasty, but the glassware was wayyyyy too small. The line never cleared, so we did one and done unfortunately. The concept is great, but execution is lacking. I know there is limited space, but the current layout and function is not the greatest, especially on the cocktail car side of things. The place is huge with plenty of spaces for multiple, multiple groups to hang out. The inside is barn like with a high ceiling and cool exposed beams/wood work all over. The bar had a couple big screen TVs playing boxing and very out of place chandeliers hanging from the ceiling. The sign says no public restrooms but the building next door has them and the winter time building because the great space has no heat. The bar has some taps with drink specials and most everyone was having domestic can beers for the most part. I had something my buddy ordered beer wise which I don't even know what it was but I liked it. I didn't see any food options and I thought at least get a pizza oven and serve pizzas to keep people from leaving and the $$ in the building.

The bride and groom got married on top of a small hill with an amazing view. After the ceremony we went to barn, which has an outdoor bar area. The inside of the barn is decorated so neat and has a comfy romantic vibe. There were snacks, and other drinks inside. I am guessing some of the decorations are standard and the rest the wedding party brought. Dinner was at an outdoor tent across from the barn. The food was delicious! And served family style. I am not sure if the food was catered from a local restaurant or from the venue itself. We had rolls, salad, chicken cordon blue, small steak fillets, asparagus, broccoli, potatoes and Mac n cheese. It was a ton of food. All so good! After dinner we went back to the barn for more drinks, desserts, and dancing. The wedding was on Sept 28th. It was warm where the wedding took place. The walking paths can be uneven but the wedding invite stated wear comfortable shoes, no heels. Some of the paths are steeper but the staff has golf carts for those who need a ride. The bathrooms are clean. There were little touches like bug spray and blankets. Super friendly staff. I am writing from the guests point of view. We had a really good time!
