The recent update has not disappointed! The hot tub was lovely! Perfect temp, no super chlorine smell, nice ambiance. The dry sauna after a massage was also amazing. I skipped the cold plunge but another person seemed to enjoy it. Great customer service at check in. But the best part: the use of the locker room, shower, AND facilities after a massage was great. Plush robes (PLUS SIZED!), surprisingly comfy shower slippers, and a bag for your items were all provided. We recently visited and had just a couple hiccups but still 5 stars and it was mostly my husband's experience. He wasn't given anything to drink (water, tea, anything) after his massage which is usually offered. It was kinda strange especially since I was handed a glass of water after being asked if I wanted plain or lemon at the end of my massage. While I had a robe, shower shoes, etc provided in my bag, he only had the robe. He didn't think to bring flip flops because he thought those were provided and he ended up having to walk around the locker room and hot tub room barefoot. Not a deal breaker, obviously, but he was kinda bummed. Just a note about the ladies locker room layout and the lockers. The door opens right into the locker space where one would typically change clothes. So, when the door opens, anyone outside the door could see in. The layout of the hallway keeps the opposite gender from being near the ladies entrance and vice versa and also creates a low foot traffic pattern which seems intentional. However most locker areas I have used have a turn or a wall that blocks the changing area from view of the entrance. There is a bathroom and two showers to change in, however if the facilities are ever really busy this could get a bit crowded. Also, the lockers may have a way to be locked but I wasn't told how to do that. Overall these hiccups didn't take away from the 5 star experience. I'll definitely continue to recommend. read more

I had the most amazing experience here! My 75-minute massage was absolute perfection - deeply relaxing and exactly what I needed. Afterward, we spent time enjoying the infrared red sauna, hot tub, and cold plunge, which truly made it a full spa day experience. Everything is so clean! The staff is wonderful - welcoming, professional, and attentive from start to finish. I also loved that they sell incredibly clean, organic skincare products; their strawberry face mask is a must-try. It's such a nice bonus that you can also get your nails done here. The amenities are top-notch: great showers stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, plush towels available in the lockers, and easy-to-use coded lockers for security. Everything felt thoughtful, clean, and well cared for. I absolutely loved this place and highly recommend it if you're looking for a relaxing, high-quality spa experience. I came here with girlfriends to all get massages. Some were 60 min and some 90 min. While we waited for our friends to be finished, there was a nice sitting area outside of the massage rooms where we got to relax and quietly chat. My massage was nice, it seemed pricy at $140 for 60 min but I know that can be standard. The masseuse practiced deep breathing while administering the massage which I thought was helpful because I tend to breathe shallow or hold my breath. My friend and I enjoyed this spa and services. The facility is very clean and has a relaxing, modern-mountain ascetic. We spent time in the hot tub before our treatments. We were happy that none of the areas were crowded, despite hearing most services were fully booked. We had the hot tub almost to ourselves for over an hour. Same with the shower/locker room area. Both of us had excellent massage & facial technicians. I have sensitive skin and the organic products were soothing and non-ittitating. We made a pact to return here when we are back in the area for a vacation. read more

Updating my review. I had a previous complaint but they addressed it so I'm happy about their responsiveness. The spa is lovely and has a nice ambiance. I came in for a Swedish massage and did not realize that they offer an infrared sauna, hot tub and cold plunge. If you're looking for that spa experience and a great massage to boot, I would recommend coming here. I can't give it 5 stars because I didn't experience all of what they have to offer, but if I'm in the area again I would give it a try. read more

With my knee injury, she was so attentive, thoughtful, and accommodating, always checking in and adjusting the pressure to make sure I was comfortable. She has the perfect balance of strength and gentleness, and her technique is intuitive and effective. My friend who joined me repeatedly stated it "was the best massage of her life!" This spa is absolutely beautiful! I got a pedicure from Nichelle. She was so sweet and it was the most relaxing pedicure I've ever had. They have toxic free polish that dried in 5 mins! I treated myself to a massage and my mom to a mani/pedi. Our staff were Christie Callaghan and Trisha Shoemaker and they were amazing! I have chronic back pain and a recent injury so i've been really sore and after my massage I felt so much better! Trisha was super communicative and helpful, she really made it a great experience! Booked a massage, facial and pedicure for some birthday self care. All services were excellent but what stood out the most for me was the pedicure from Tatiana. Great calf/foot massage, good conversation/silence balance and my toes look fantastic. The sauna was relaxing and clean, hot tub was a little on the cool side for me. The women's changing room can get a little crowded later in the day on the weekends. I got there first thing in the morning and had it all to myself. Will definitely go back. read more

I was on a spa retreat and came here for the couples massage. I called the day before and was happy they were able to fit us in on such short notice. Everyone was pleasant and professional. The couples massage is $280 for 60 minutes, or $380 for 90 minutes. We opted for the 60 minute massage and it was wonderful. There are some add-ons and we chose the CBD oil enhancement for decreasing muscle inflammation and to improve muscle recovery for pain management. The CBD oil was an extra $35 each. Our total came out to be $350 before tax and tip. The pressure applied during the massage was perfect and adjustable. I really felt the massage work and was somewhat sore for the next few days which is normal after a massage. For the rest of the month, I felt my muscles were so relaxed and sooo, sooooo very soft. It felt amazing to have the pressures relieved from my body. I highly recommend their services. read more

The place was super clean and my massage therapist was very nice. I booked a specific massage therapist the day before and got a confirmation with her name. When I showed up a different woman took my appointment. I got an odd response from the front desk woman saying it didn't show I booked a specific person. When I showed her my confirmation she was a little rude and said this hasn't happened before. My advice is if you want a specific person, to call and confirm. read more
