I tried the flat white with maple syrup for the sweetener and she recommended that I try the Kiki milk and it gave it such a great flavor. So glad to have a great local small coffee shop like this.

They even had the fall drinks listed. They do have drinks for kids but it's not posted anywhere. There's also alternatives milk options as well. We ordered a vanilla late (large), pumpkin spice latte (large), caramel macchiato (small), and a kids cold chocolate (small). This came out to be $18 without tip. Every one of our drinks were so good! It had the perfect flavor, the coffee was fresh and smooth. He was so sweet and gave my daughter a bag of shortbread cookies. I know they have some bakery goods but we didn't try any this time. Max was so friendly, kept up the conversation and took his time making sure each drink was correct. He even let me know they ran out of large hot cups but was willing to split it into two small cups if I wanted a large still. He just started not too long ago and hopes business takes off. He mentioned he is going to start doing markets to get his name out there. I wish him and his business the best. We will definitely be returning. Oh, forgot to mention THEY ARE OPEN ON SUNDAYS!!! Yes, you read right, open on Sundays which is nice for Utah county since majority are closed.

The food is always delicious and super flavorful. If it's supposed to be crunchy? It's crunchy. Soft/fluffy? Soft and fluffy. Spicy? You get it. I've had multiple things and everything is fire and the people are so friendly and nice. My most recent time I got the Bento Box with two pieces of Korean fried chicken, but I've had the the tuna poke bowl, the loco moco, the Pele Plate with kimchi fried rice and the spicy pork belly and all of them last me, like, 3 meals. Literally, everything is good, they're fast, AND the portion sizes are Poly size, so you'll be able to feed your big fellas!

Other standouts: spicy mac, kimchi fried rice, spicy poke, shoyu poke, char siu chicken katsu, and the teriyaki loco moco--every single one a 10/10. I'm not connected to this food truck in any way, just a raving fan who keeps coming back. Employees are always so kind and quick. Food trucks can be a pain because you have to find a place to eat, but it doesn't matter with how great their food is. Follow them on Instagram to see when they will be in your area (usually northern Utah - Salt Lake county or Utah county).
