Upon approaching the truck, a guy came to stand beside me and take my order. I was not 100% sure what I wanted but I elected for their signature burger with fries. He said that he could bring it out to my car once it was ready, which I extra appreciated because it was not a very nice day out. My total was just shy of 20 bucks, at $19.27. I sorta understand. I mean, they're a local food truck and it seems that they strive to provide much better quality food than other fast food places...but this is pretty steep for just a burger and fries. The food did seem to come out pretty fast and I was excited to try it. The onion on the burger was a bit large, it was almost an inch thick and I think I would've preferred it cut up just a little more. The fries were pretty good but tasted a bit greasier than I would've liked. I did like that it came with a fry sauce. All in all, I really liked Burger Pioneers. Location: This truck is located on the side of the road, with rocks on the floor and by a lot of parked trailers/cars. The tables were a little wet as it has snowed this week, but the chairs were dry and comfortable. I also saw that they had a standing heater, but it wasn't turned on. I was told that they are parked here in the winter, but move around during the summer for festivals and events. They opened on October 21, 2022.
