They figured out they needed to use a different computer for the exchange and they put it on a giftcard so I could repurchase the item I wanted to exchange it for. It was the same item but in a different color. I did not know that the Lowe's return and exchange policy was so complicated! This was my first experience doing so, and despite the wait, I really appreciated how the employee was so committed to helping me that she went above and beyond to get it figured out. Also, this is not a reflection on the store as they have more than enough parking but the patrons in there trucks, big and small, were careless and created lots of unnecessary traffic issues in the parking lot so just be aware of that. If you were lucky enough to get a sales person (we were not) then maybe you were able to get more info. We wrote down our choices and left. I came back by myself during the week hoping it was not as crowded so that I could actually get someone to write me a quote. When I walked in the front door, there was a young women sitting at the first station. She looked up and said good morning. I said good morning and then I went to look at the bathroom vanities. I knew I still needed help, so I walked up to her to ask for help. She turned from her computer monitor, looked me in the eye and said "I am busy right now" and went back to work. What? OK, that was rude. When she saw I was still standing there, she looked to the gentleman to her right and said "Oscar, you are too busy to help her as well, correct?" Oscar looked at me and said I can help you in about 10 minutes. I wish I had gotten her name because she was incredibly rude and disrespectful. After a few minutes, Ocsar tried to help me. I could tell he was rushing and really didn't want to help me so I just gave him some of my choices so I could at least get a quote. I think if you are a contractor they treat you better than just a regular person coming in to look and get prices. My contractor was not with me, so maybe if I had brought him it would have been different. For me, customer service is terrible, pricing and choices are confusing if you are just trying to look around and overall this was a bad experience. I would not come back, especially if someone like the young lady talks to customers that way. We wound up going to another bathroom company to ultimately purchase our vanity, cabinets and counter top.

Their displays are really nice and it gives me ideas of how to decorate my own home. They have a great selection of vintage and antique pieces that are perfect for the rustic country look that I want. Another perk about this store is it is located in Lodi where there are two other similar shops on the same block, and a consignment store around another. You can make a whole day of shopping with this store and the others or just have a quick stop at this one.
