When they finally came out the day before the two guys climbed on our roof without any safety equipment. An hour later one of them slipped but managed to avoid a fall by grabbing and breaking a gutter. We were lucky it wasn't a two story fall. He's lucky. This year we got an earlier start but called around and found cltelfs. A few emails and a short visit by the owner we sent the deposit over and a week later their crew arrived as promised. She was even able to fulfill a *very* specific want of mine--mustard yellow velvet ribbon with eyelash trim, and the end result was absolutely gorgeous. Honestly, I would stand for several minutes at a time at the perfect angle by our front door, where I could see all three garlands at once, and just gaze and it was heavenly!
