I had the BEST experience at Vicky's Nails & Spa today This was my second time coming here--last time they fixed a bad set I got from another salon, and they seriously got me right. I left so happy, so I knew I had to come back! Today my sister and I came in around 6:10 PM (they close at 7), right after I got off work. I felt a little bad for coming in late, but they were so welcoming and kind. They reassured us that it's their job and that they love what they do--which honestly meant a lot. Ruby and Kim did SUCH an amazing job on my acrylic fill and my pedicure, and my sister's nails and toes came out beautiful too! Everything was done with care and attention to detail. There was also a gentleman there (possibly the owner?) who was super friendly and made us feel comfortable the whole time. I just moved to this area, and I'm so happy to say I've officially found my go-to salon. I'll definitely be coming back--this is my lifetime nail spot now! read more

I had an appointment and they did not deliver. Mind you the salon was empty and there was two nail techs. I did not finish until after being there for three hours with only a pedicure because they took that long and I have an infant and they expected me to still wait after I told them we have been here for over three hours. I stated I wanted to keep my natural nail, however well filing my nail was cut down so then I asked just to cut all my nails off because at that point, I was already frustrated. End of story. I paid $100 for basically nothing. I will never come here again. I originally booked a gel x manicure and smoothie pedicure. I did upgrade to the milk and honey pedicure, which was $60 but I should not have paid $100 for basically something I could've done at home. I usually do my own nails or go to a salon and having an infant and has been easier going to a salon but again, I will never be coming back here, even if it's the last salon in the city. Send, they had the nerve to get upset when I said to cut my nails when they had messed up and already had me there for over three hours with an appointment. I am used to being in a salon no more than an hour and a half. I could understand if I was waiting three hours because they were completely booked but when I got there, it was only one lady in the chair, so there was no reason that I should have waited three hours. And by the time I stood up to leave after my pedicure was done. I was told that she could see me for my manicure. Yes, her art is good but service is unsatisfactory. read more

My wife, wife's mom and myself went to this nail salon. It took 3 hours for 2 people to do a manicure and a pedicure on them. The manicure was great, which I believe was done by the owner. The lady who did the pedicures, were absolutely terrible. She cut my wife's feet and the nail polish finish was lumpy and sub par. We did not Have anymore time to fix it or wait any longer. read more

I called to ask if they took walk-ins and spoke to Tay, he said I come in and he'll take me. I am so glad I did. He did my gel pedicure quickly and I walked out feeling refreshed for my 30th birthday. They had a group of four people walk in for pedicures and the whole team dynamic they had going on got them seated quickly. The whole staff worked together and multitasked for change, supplies, and getting clients seated quickly. You can tell the staff really cares about each other and their clients. I just recently buzzed my hair and Tay mentioned he loved my haircut, which is so sweet of him. He made me feel comfortable and consistently asked me if I was comfortable (water temperature, massage chair, hot towel) and even asked if the little bruise on my toe hurt to make sure he didn't hurt me. I found a gem of a Nail Salon in Vicky's Nail. The aesthetics are on point, its super clean, massive selection of polishes to choose from and the vibe with the staff was on point. I went in for a pedicure and my technician Trish was amazing. I'm super OCD-ish and was happy to see her pull out a sterilized pre-package kit. The price was affordable, I got the basic pedicure through a special they have for $20. Please note, they charge $5 to remove your previous gel polish and $10 for gel polish which brought my total to $35. All and all...Im well pleased and have found my new place. read more

Went in today for the first time and it was a great experience. I must say that is one hard working set of people. The salon was busy and only had 3 people but they still smiled and was lovely throughout the entire time and helped everyone! I got a full set and pedicure and I am so happy with my service. I booked an appointment through Yelp and was quoted around $80+ depending on design, length, and details, and I even sent a reference photo for a gel design on my natural nails. When I arrived, the technician didn't seem to know about my appointment and thought I was getting a pedicure, so I had to explain everything again. Even then, she only did a solid color that came out uneven and bumpy and didn't look like what I showed at all. I had to point it out and was told to come back 3 hours later for a redo. When I came back, she kept drilling and filing my nails, which started to hurt, and I ended up getting cut to the point where it bled, but she didn't say anything or apologize. The redesign still looked nothing like my reference, and you can see mistakes and uneven spots if you look closely. I left feeling pretty disappointed and uncomfortable, especially since my fingers were hurting. I was charged $50 the first time and another $20 after the redesign, and even with the small $5-10 discount, it didn't feel fair for the quality of service I got. read more

I researched where to go get nails done for my daughter to get her fill on the website. It said it was a 4.5 star rating. It was open on Saturdays. When we got there. The door is locked knocked on it. The lady unlocked the door, she let us in. She sat my daughter down. There's only one person in the office nail salon. My daughter showed her what she wanted. She was filing down her nails and she kept nicking her fingers a couple times not really acknowledging that she was in pain and then when she was putting on the nail polish remover to trim the nail polish the alcohol got onto her fingers and made her tear up even more and she did not say anything or knowledge her or look up. Been Danny & Vicky's client for 3 years now. Followed them from a previous salon they worked at. They are very friendly & talkative. Prices are always reasonable. Danny gives amazing long massages while he does your pedicure. And Vicky is very detailed & takes her time while doing your nails. So proud of them! I also feel the need to clarify that I am mexican & I see lots of black customers come into their business. Never have I witnessed them treat any client in a bad manner due to the color of their skin. The previous yelper who claimed they were racist is most likely a person who clearly doesn't know them or is trying to talk down their business because they consider them a threat. The service was fast , and the quality of the nails came out beautifully. The atmosphere so clean and polished they have new massage chairs for your pedicures. Unfortunately, the surrounding area isn't the nicest but they do have security patrolling the area, which is great. I will definitely be back again.
