I was there to have my failed root canal pulled. They charged me $250 for a 3D xray - I was led to believe that was needed to complete the extraction. I had to pay up front and they said my insurance would not pay for it. The dentist examined me went over my X-ray and said it needed extracted. i knew that already! They were unwilling to extract it that day and fast forward to now. I had difficulty with this office again in scheduling. I gave up and said send me my 3D xray. I then found a reputable Surgeon and took my 3D $250 xray to him. He informed me it was unnecessary and a simple xray is fine. It was then I learned that this office takes advantage of people in pain by pushing expensive unnecessary scans. so if I were going to get implants, this is the last place on earth I would get them. This office has problems keeping Dentists, they have different people every time you inquire.

She polished it(which I would have expected to be done when it was first made) and called it good. I have continued to let her know it is still a problem. She just sent many texts, advising she will not do anything else, stating I have been rude at every appointment and "good luck finding another dentist'" I have been seeing Dr. Greenlee since Smile Studio took over Dr. Bob Utech, several years ago. Never had problems before, until I needed her to stand behind the warranty. Do not waste your time and money on this hatchet job of a Dentist. You will not be happy or able to live with the problems she causes.

Dr Sigmon isn't the type of dentist to say you need this or that expensive procedure done unless it was absolutely necessary, which was a welcome change for my husband who usually has trust issues with dentists to begin with. It's also great that they take CareCredit, which came in handy when I had an accident and needed to get crowns. Everyone has a nice personality here, and it kinda felt like they were family, as silly as that may sound. The dental cleanings and examinations were always nice and thorough which, again, was a welcome change from what my husband and I were used to with other dentists. Even the one we see now after moving we're already wanting to change! It's hard to top Full Circle in my opinion.
