I've been a patient there for probably 20 years. Why didn't she tell me they don't do root canals!? Well, that's not their normal conversation. I let her know that was poor customer service. now that's cost my husband days waiting for this appt, when he could have gotten in someplace where they do root canals. She argued with me and wouldn't let me finish a sentence. I hope Dr. Drew sees this and reaps her a new attitude. Customer Service is priority and on top of it, she gladly removed my next appt. She was really rough when cleaning my teeth, but I felt like well maybe she is just doing the best job. I definitely just settled for familiarity because by two Aunts used to go to this dentist, Dr Sanor. I've experienced the most unprofessional service. Dr. Sanor would be doing a filling while conversing with this guy (he usually did my x-rays) that I don't know his position. Dr Sanor would tell stories about her weekend, her kids and her boyfriend. In the time of her talking about her life she is using profanity! It was like I wasn't even there. He boyfriend was the guy that you check in with when you come in to let them know you are here for your appointment. So, she would talk about how DJ (receptionist) and her kids get a long and how much younger he is in comparison to her. She would tell stories about family members and say, "she is the wrong white girl to be dealing with because she doesn't take no $hit! It was always about black and white. And how she is white and she doesn't take no $hit. Mind you, I'm black, her boyfriend/receptionist is black as well. I never engaged in the conversations because I felt like she wanted me to since I'm black. I just acted like I didn't hear it and the nitrogen gas was blocking out this unprofessional bragging conversation. I thankful found another dentist who is so professional and no awkwardness! After 5 attempts by my Dentist to…read moremake a partial dental plate with no success he asked Dr David to attempt fixing the new partial dental plate. Dr David done some grinding and adjusting on the dental plate with no success. He then suggested sending it to his lab for some additional modifications while informing me that no partial dental plates actually fit well. Well his lab returned the dental plate saying there was nothing that could be done. Now I have went 4 months with no front teeth while being told I can not get a partial dental plate that fits my mouth even though my original dental plate which I had for 50+years fit fine. Oh the reason I needed a new dental plate was because my original Dentist DESTROYED mine while attempting to make a new one. I have lived 4 months with embarrassment, stress, and anxiety leaving my house because I have no front teeth and being told I will never get another partial dental plate that will fit my mouth. So what is the point in going to a dentist for a partial dental plate if they can not make one that fits and comfortable to wear? After all this stress, anxiety, emotional distress and humiliation it's time to look at other avenues. So if you need a partial dental plate DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! CONSULT WITH AN ATTORNEY!

He has shown his high level of skills in Implants, Invisalign Braces, Prosthodontics, etc., when treating our family members:) I like his chair-side manner, he's talkative, seems easy going, & his staff is equally as wonderful too. He's not judgmental when evaluating your teeth, which makes visits much easier; as well, he is gentle during his procedures & does a great job at minimizing pain when working in your mouth! I had a $27 credit on my account unbeknown to me and conveniently that is what I was charged to wipe out the credit I had. This is theft. I only found out AFTER I asked for a full ledger for my records. I told them I would be filing a complaint with the Oklahoma Dental Board (which I did) and they (the office) sent me back some rule saying that they could charge $15 or $20....no transparency here!!! Keep an eye out on your ledger if you ever go here because you might be charged for things that are not disclosed. I will be in touch with Oklahoma Dental Board because the fight is not over. What happened to surprise billing? I guess that is only for medical patients. If so, the rules need to be changed. Seems like the place can also not keep staff. One of my teeth had to be pulled & I couldn't even sleep the night before my visit. Just because of previous experiences with other dentist. But the Dr did so good! From the beginning of the tooth getting pulled till the end it was probably one the easiest times at a dentist office. I was told very clearly the after care & what is required to heal properly. I haven't had any pain at all what so ever! I have future appointments already in the works. The prices I paid I must say have been higher then previous dentist I have been to & plus I drive from the panhandle to see her. But other then that I am glad I picked this place. I had developed a fear with dentist but the staff & the Dr have helped me big time with that.

I don't normally write reviews but from beginning to end, my experience with them was perfect!…read more I came in with a chipped tooth causing some pain and was frantic my deteriorating gums were the cause. Initially I was only seeking a periodontists care. I was seen within the week by Dr. Fuller. She made suggestions and a treatment plan with many options so I could choose what I was comfortable with and could afford. I didn't feel pushed or rushed and she was SO kind and patient with ALL of my questions and concerns. During my follow up consultation, I knew I would also need my wisdom teeth pulled. (I had been told that since I was 16 but was too nervous about the recovery). I was able to meet with Dr. Bryant the same appointment. He was also just delightful! I have bad dentist anxiety but he was just so kind and lighthearted. His temperament made me feel comfortable enough to add an additional 4 teeth being pulled to my treatment plan. Molly I believe, was the dental assistant helping them. She was very likable and personable and remembered details about me from our previous appointment that made my experience less intimidating. On the day of my actual surgery, I met Daphne. I believe she was also a dental assistant, who prepped me for surgery. She was GREAT! She was friendly, comforting, and fast. I felt more confident and less nervous because of how friendly and clearly efficient everyone was around me. In total, I had 4 wisdom teeth pulled, an additional tooth pulled (the broken one), a bone graft, as well as a deep cleaning/scaling of my teeth. All in the same surgery. I am known to have a low tolerance for pain but healing took less than a week! 2 days of minimal swelling and only Tylenol and ibuprofen necessary. A testament to their skill no doubt. It should also be noted that the front desk staff and woman heading the financial aspect of my surgery, were extremely helpful and courteous! While I could tell they were VERY busy, they still were so attentive, kind, and answered all of my questions. Overall I could describe my experience with them as friendly, professional, skilled, and successful. I am normally extremely apprehensive about dental work but from beginning to end, I felt comfortable and confident that they would do, and did, an excellent job. Thanks everyone! Truly! Lauren
