Front desk staff was kind. Waiting room is really nice and the office is way better than I expected. The areas you get work in even had tvs it felt fancy. The lady who helped with my x rays and cleaning was awesome. The dentist who helped me was great. Everyone was in a great mood and was very kind and pretty. lol. They did a great analysis of my mouth and set me up to get work done. Everyone explained everything well too. I'm taking my daughter here next week for her first appt. So I will update my review on how my toddler does.

But as soon as I walked in the door I could feel the warmth and kindness of Moore complete dental staff! From the moment I in the x-ray scan area to the dentist chair for the overall clean & checkup to the check out of my visit, I felt safe and cared for by a very loving staff! NEVER NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!…read more All they think about is your money. NEVER EVER let Dr. Han work on your teeth. She is a liar. She wanted to extract my tooth which had healthy roots and put a bridge on three of my teeth costing me more than $3000. Another clinic did a core build up, put a crown and saved my tooth for at least 20 more years. Extracting a tooth is the worst decision in your life and it should not be extracted if it has healthy roots. Never let these money motivated doctors take your money and ruin your mouth. They wanted to take out my entire tooth which didn't have any pain at all. It was just broken and needed a crown!

Everyone in the office I encountered were kind and professional. Dr. Dr. Huong. Nguyễn was my dentist and she was super thorough and made me feel at ease. Jenny was my hygienist and she made the whole process very easy and I felt confident that all of my concerns had been addressed during my visit. I just really want to emphasize that the entire staff there was wonderful and made me glad I picked Gentle Dental. I'll be back in six months!

I…read morehad a tooth pulled recently and it went pretty well, but she told me she was going to write a script for an antibiotic, but it never got called in, even after I talked to them a couple days later and reminded them. Twice they've referred me to another clinics to get root canals, and both times I ended up spending $2-300 in x-ray fees to be told those teeth are not saveable. While I'm not happy about these things, my cleanings and extractions I've had here were overall positive experiences.

I was scheduled for an appointment and then received a call the day of telling me it needed to be rescheduled because my dentist was not working that day. When I asked how an appointment could have been scheduled if the dentist wasn't even in the office, I was told it was the front desk's mistake. Unfortunately, the issue wasn't the scheduling error. It was how it was handled. Instead of taking responsibility and offering a sincere apology, the office manager immediately became defensive and repeatedly blamed me, claiming they had called me the day before. I never received any call, yet my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. What shocked me most was the complete lack of professionalism and customer service. When I finally said I would be finding a new dentist, there was no attempt to resolve the situation, apologize, or even acknowledge the inconvenience they had caused. It was clear they simply did not care about my experience as a patient. Mistakes happen in every office. The true measure of a practice is how they treat people when those mistakes occur. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this office and have chosen to seek dental care elsewhere.
