He was so thorough in his exam and recommendations, with a warmth that we had never experienced before. We are so grateful, as our daughter (and we, her parents) were instantly put at ease. We immediately wanted to become his patients and plan to be for many, many years! Becky assisted us regarding orthodontic cost and payment options. She is SPECTACULAR. There was never any pressure to proceed, and she and the team made sure that everything was explained in full detail so we knew what to expect at all times. Above and beyond! The next day they told me they had an opening and I was able to go at the open time slots. Everything done via text. Very efficient. The entire staff was great. I got X-rays and a cleaning. They kept checking in to see if I was ok, and if I'm doing good. They even allow you to put on anything you want on Netflix if you want. Never had a dentist offer that haha The cleaning went great. Fast, and pain free. I've had some pretty rough cleanings before, this was as pleasant as it could be. I am coming back in to get a new retainer. And before I left they gave me an estimate of how much it would cost and they put me on the calendar for the return visit.

I had kindly called and emailed many times expressing my concerns but I was ignored, told I was fine, and they even emailed me in all caps telling me the periodontist will not be seeing me again because everything was fine. being so disappointed I stopped calling and now just have nerve damage and still a huge receding area in my gums. to top it all off they then send me letters with current balances after I had paid for everything and they ran it through my insurance saying "well they insurance won't pay it so it's stuck with you" and this was after I was told they had checked and everything was covered. overall this is one of the worst experiences I've ever had with any business and that's not an exaggeration.
