My family has been going to Dr. Gittleman for 20 plus years. My girls have never seen another dentist. We have always had positive experiences. However, both my daughters and I have been unhappy with our last few appointments. Random cancellations to confirming three times and arriving and being told "you don't have an appt". Different hygienists' each visit. Feeling rushed through the appointment from long waits in the lobby to rush you out the door. All of us are now experiencing pain after each cleaning. Rough treatment! Both my girls had braces as teens and say the recent cleanings are more painful than the braces ever were. Cost! We are billed more than insurance covers for bi-yearly scheduled cleanings. I understand that cost's rise but every time we go in it's something new on the bill. My entire adult life the "bi-yearly cleanings and one set of x-rays" was billed and covered by insurance. Now, we are being billed beyond that for routine cleanings. None of us have issues with our teeth that should warrant cost beyond the cleaning. Unfortunately, we are now looking for another dentist office in the area that has their act together.

He put in an implant that failed…read more Because Dr. Bruce retired I went to see Dr. Ogibway to see if she could help or perhaps the practice could help with some of the cost since the implant was bad from the start. Dr. Ogibway recommended invisalign to help the implant because she said the problem with the implant was the lower teeth hitting it. Invisalign was not helpful and caused further bone loss and infection in my mouth. I have xrays from the periodontist that show the bone loss before and after and it was much worse after. The invisalign did nothing to help with the failing implant and actually was the cause of the advanced bone loss. I finally found a decent dentist and periodontist who removed the implant. I am now going through a bone transplant process that takes over a year and I still may never be able to have even a bridge in that space. She is just interested in money. Do not use her as a dentist.

I was exposed to unnecessary amounts of radiation from the x-rays that had to be retaken every single time I came which was a total of 5 times. Not to mention, one of the staff members messed up the impression so I had to come in AGAIN. After paying almost $2,000 for a crown I did NOT receive, I had to pay to get my wisdom teeth pulled out in order to get the crown. Why wasn't I told this before paying $2k when the Dr had seen my x-rays? They just care about money here and I would save myself the headache and money and not come here. My only regret is ever trusting All Dental Care.

I arrived early for a routine cleaning and, despite an empty waiting room, wasn't seen until 25 minutes past my scheduled time with no explanation. Instead of receiving my cleaning, I was given an X-ray and abruptly told I needed not one, but two root canals--without a clear explanation. I was addressed dismissively ('hey chief') and left feeling pressured and disrespected. After two hours, I walked out without receiving the cleaning I came for and requested my X-rays to get a second opinion. This office used to be a place I trusted, but based on this experience, I can no longer recommend it. If you do go, I would specifically request Dr. Patel, as she was the one dentist here who always provided excellent care.

They did some miracles on my teeth today, after 5 days of intense throbbing and grinding pain from one molar I had that got infected. It was one of the few times I was excited to go see Dr. Singh as I knew that he and his staff would take good care of me, and I would have traded my arm and leg to get rid of the pain I went through on my own punching walls in my house to relocate it, even if it was just for a few seconds. Their staff if very professional and friendly, and their office is very large, with plenty of parking space and Hcap access, and you will even have a choice of media entertainment as they work on your teeth. I have no complaints at all for the cost as the Doctor and his team do such excellent work. Never short change yourself, especially when it comes to your teeth and body. E X P E R I E N C E Called in on a Mon around 1pm to make an appt as a new patient. Rochelle was v friendly and quick. She put me in and asked me to complete check in paperwork and signed documents online, prior to my arrival. When I went in for my 7am appt, I was 10 mins late (drove past the complex lol) but the front desk lady was gracious about it. My hygienist Tracy was v sweet, talkative and easy to communicate with. My teeth felt v clean and polished, after she cleaned it. She referenced the XRs while she was cleaning. She noted that the WaterPik doesn't replace flossing (which I know but I'm literally the worst. That's just sooo much. First world probs. Ik. just ignore me). So she rec that I do waterpik at night and flossing in the morning. Sigh. I'll do my best.. Dr Sheth came timely to attend to me. She looked thru my XRs briefly, asked me if I had any concerns, then addressed them, specifically, with things I could do. I told her I had some sensitivity in my lower rear molars, on both sides. She said that I should brush my teeth in a circular manner w my electric toothbrush using Sensodyne, rinse with ACT (that she provided in a little take home care pkg), paint my molars with some Sensodyne, then put my retainers on. PS she also complimented me on my "beautiful teeth," and I almost died inside bc yaaass!! whenever someone says smtg, it makes me feel like the time, the money, the frustration, and literally the entire lifetime of orthodontics was worth it (so vain but whatever. fight me). I was told by Tracy that Dr Sheth does prefer a more conservative approach, but is open to my concerns. B E D S I D E M A N N E R My hygienist Tracy was v sweet, personable. We talked about a variety of topics and she was still prompt to do her job. I love that. Fantastic multi tasking skills. And theyre all v close and wheelchair accessible, to the bldg. I N T E R I O R Interior is clean. Spacious. There is seating inside the office to the right and straight, you'll see the front desk. I didn't quite pay attention to the wall art or anything like that bc I was a little ruffled. I N F E C T I O N P R E V E N T I O N Upon my arrival, they called me to check me in. I waited outside the office before it was my turn to be brought directly into the room. They checked my temperature before I entered. Hand sanitizer was available in the little room I was in. I don't remember if it was available on the front desk. I didn't see them clean any surfaces so I'm not sure if they sanitize all high touch surfaces like computer, light, cabinet doors, etc. But I did see my hygienist open a sterilized package for an item that she ended up needing. They have a cool gadget (idk what its called) but basically its this huge hose that they put next to your face that pulls the aerosolized particles into it and then filters it thru 5 hepa filters (that's what my hygienist told me at least). That's cool. I appreciate that this practice cares. Doesn't hurt to be more safe than sorry right? Also there are clear acrylic barriers placed on the front desk to protect the front desk employees. Hmm... where to start…read more The woman at the front desk, I believe her name was Rachel, was extremely rude when giving me the quote for a temporary crown. While I was signing the paperwork, she snatched it out of my hands, made a copy, and practically threw the copy back at me. After my root canal, I went to Dr. Smith for a temporary crown and what I was told would be a minor repair to a broken filling. The entire procedure took nearly three hours, and I left in more pain than I had after the root canal itself. My mouth was sore for almost two weeks afterward. When I returned for the permanent crown, I was told the appointment would take 30-45 minutes at most. Instead, I was in the dental chair for two hours. After the crown was placed, my teeth were cemented together to the point that I couldn't floss between them. I'm also pregnant, so while I understood the need for one X-ray, they ended up taking four and still could not remove all of the cement between my teeth. They asked me to return in 2-3 weeks, but at this point I will not be going back. I now have to see another dentist to correct the issue. Additionally, while trying to remove the cement, the dentist flossed so aggressively against my gums and the side of my mouth that it left my mouth extremely irritated and even caused a scar on the outside of my mouth. Overall, this was one of the worst dental experiences I've ever had.
