The receptionist Valencia provided a perfectly dismissive and condescending tone via phone explaining the company's policy. This is my first time requesting this option and learning this facility does not offer it. However, this is not my first mild experience with this same receptionist. During my second visit the doctor placed one additional bracket on the very last molar of each side of my top row. One bracket broke shortly after I arrived home. I called the office. Valencia answered the phone in a frustrated manner and gave me a difficult time as I explained the reason I needed to be scheduled for an emergency visit to trim the excess wire poking my jaw. The first representative of contact displaying a high lack of concern in resolving rather simple problems is concerning to someone who receives treatment here very frequently. Thankfully, additional staff members continue to display professional customer service with patient inquiries. I hope to see an improvement in the care quality from the employees who are in close contact with patients.

I do not what the bill is for and in 4-months have not been sent a copy of the services that are supposed to have been provided, nor the dates of service. On prior visits to the office I have been told that I had a credit, which is usual. Bills at this office are due at the time of service, as posted. No request for strange past services have ever been presented me in person. Again, send me that bill, service description and time of service! The Customer Care individual is not the person in the picture. Who else is having this problem???

He had mentioned the possibility of having some teeth pulled and expanders put in (I think some orthodontists refer to this as a phase 1 of two phases). I have heard stories about children starting this process before it makes sense to do so, or started the first phase of a potentially costly two-phase process when doing so early may not be necessary or may cause more problems down the road. Unlike those stories I've heard of other orthodontists, however, Dr. Crews is conservative with what she will do, and for that reason she has decided that my daughter does not need anything at the moment but continues to monitor on a six-month basis without charging us anything. I truly respect and admire her expert opinions, and would not go anywhere else!

I believe this office has several things to work on…read more I've had a total of 3 visits, and 2/3 visits were very chaotic, unorganized, and simply put, not a great experience. The first visit, I scheduled for my kids' cleaning (due to our former dentist no longer taking our insurance). Upon arrival, I was there 15min early. I was given forms that I already completed and filled out online. The lady at the front desk was very rude and did not appropriately run my insurance, which caused a 45min delay. Once that was cleared up, I was not issued an apology, I was asked to reschedule, because it was an hour past the appointment time, and they were unable to see my children. Upon the second visit, I was quickly greeted, and the staff and doctor were great! However, I again, had to fill out the forms I previously filled out a third time. However, we were in and out with their cleanings, X-rays, and assessments. Ms. Cookie was our hygienist, and my son has asked for her several times since that appointment! She was very attentive, personable, professional, and explained the process each step of the way. The third visit, we arrived 15min early to our 9am appointment, with 2-3 families ahead of us in the waiting area. All of the families were taken back around 9:30 as a group, and then dispersed per the necessary treatment. We waited an additional 40min until my son was seen to receive his treatment. I encourage management to stop overbooking while short staffed. The staff are clearly overwhelmed and unhappy with conditions due to the workload and patience required to deal with upset people all day. The level of professionalism and side comments to patients and guests about their experience as employees is impertinent. Patients' time is not considered, and it truly makes me want to find another dental office because it is such a chaotic environment.

I found this dentist on my insurance dentist finder website. I called 2 others before calling here…read moreand they didn't call me back. This was the only dentist of the 3 that I could make an online appointment for. I scheduled online and they reached out to confirm and to tell me what to except. The day of my appointment, I was warmly greeted and called to the back almost immediately. Everyone was so caring and knowledgeable. I felt well taken care of and my dental plan was explained to me throughly. I am glad I came to this dental practice and I will tell everyone who will listen about them.
