The property is lovely, and everyone at the barn is so welcoming and friendly. Everyone gets along well, and the environment feels peaceful, supportive, and drama-free. They also have roping every Friday, which creates such a fun atmosphere and is amazing to be around. There is also a wonderful trainer at the barn who is knowledgeable and caring. When I had to move my horse, Jen and everyone at the barn were still very kind, thoughtful, and helpful throughout the process. They made sure I had whatever I needed and treated me with so much respect. I still spend time around the barn because that is how welcoming they continue to be. Not only they help him with the physical aspect of equine therapy, but his sessions also teaches him about compassion, patience, good work ethic, and responsibility. Melissa did not take this into account when teaching my daughter. She would give her several verbal cues at one time which would overwhelm my daughter. She also seemed and get irritated and continued to focus on what my daughter was doing wrong and not praising or encouraging what she did correctly. I never received a response from Melissa which is extremely unprofessional. I've also seen her texting on her phone during a session which is very unsafe. I canceled my remaining sessions and will not be returning. I regret spending my funds on this experience since my daughter seems to have zero confidence now.
