Update on Business Owner's reply:…read more Hi Arun, Thank you for your response. When you said "Unfortunately sometimes children run and get hurt", I need to clarify that this was not a simple unfortunate accident. My 2 -year old child didn't injured from just running, he was pushed by another child. The result was not a minor hurt, but a very deep cut that you could almost see the tissue in his forehead, requiring 9 stitches and leaving a permanent scar on his face! When your staff met with me and my husband, we were not provided with any proof demonstrating that proper supervision was in place at the time. On top of that, when we asked how can a 2 year old push another 2 year old inside the classroom hard enough to require nine stitches, Ms. Ash responded, she knew because it has happened with another child in a different classroom. Which is deeply concerning. If management was already aware of such incidents, what corrective actions were implemented to prevent recurrence? Furthermore, prior to this incident, my son got scratches in his face because a friend pushed him and he fell. This raises serious concerns about supervision. "If a similar push had already occurred, how could a repeated push happen that resulted in such a traumatic injury? When you saying safety is your number #1 priority, being pushed hard enough to cause this type of injury is not just typical play, it indicates a lapse in managing the situation before it escalated. Ensuring children safety requires more than general statements, it requires accountability and proactive supervision to prevent foreseeable harm. Original review: I wish I never had to leave this review! After touring several centers, we chose this daycare because the staff seemed really nice and kind, and the facility was clean. As working parents, we always try to find the safest place for our kids, and I truly believed my son would be safe here. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Our 2-year-old suffered a serious injury while in their care and needed nine stitches on his forehead. Since that day, our lives have been turned upside down. He got so traumatized that he is now fearful of everything and becomes extremely distressed around doctors and nurses. Every time I look at his face, the big scar on his tiny forehead brings me so much pain! No parent or child should ever have to go through something like this! Not only that, in addition to frequent incident reports, he once came home with socks and shoes completely soaked from morning water play and had apparently worn them all day, including during nap time. His feet were pale and wrinkled from being wet for so long. That should never happen! I don't know if the pain I feel every time I see this scar on my son's face will ever go away, but I truly hope this daycare takes children's safety and supervision as seriously as they present themselves. Clearly, they need closer oversight and stronger precautions!

I can't say enough wonderful things about TLE! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel…read moreso welcome and at ease. The teachers are not only warm and caring, but also genuinely invested in each child's growth and happiness. My child comes home every day excited to share what they learned, and I can see real progress both academically and socially. The classrooms are bright, clean, and full of engaging activities that spark curiosity and creativity. I also love how TLE incorporates a strong curriculum while still making learning fun through play. Communication with parents is excellent too I always feel in the loop about my child's day and milestones. It's clear that the team at TLE truly loves what they do, and it shows in the way the kids thrive. I feel completely confident knowing my child is safe, loved, and learning in such a positive environment. Highly recommend!

The staff are so attentive and professional. I always felt I could go to them with any questions that I had. I truly feel that sending them here for preschool gave them a great foundation for when they started TK and Kindergarten. Both of them are now in 1st and 3rd grade attending the after school program here. I love their after school program because they get their homework completed and also still do fun activities. I know when I leave my kids here they are safe and taken care of!! And the best part is: THE KIDS LOVE IT HERE!! Thank you Ms. Amanda, Ms. Natalee, Ms. Crystal, and Ms. Sylvia for running such an amazing program!

BEST WEDDING VENUE EVER!…read more My husband and I dreamed of a wedding where everyone could stay together onsite, immersed in nature, with no worries about driving after a night of fun, and Camp Osito Rancho made that dream a reality. Our families stayed in the health center, lodge, and electrified cabins, while our friends embraced the adventure of summer cabins and tents. The venue offers so many stunning spaces, from the spacious dining hall for meals to the stage/amphitheater with fire pits--perfect for s'mores and late-night stories. We exchanged vows at the top of a hill near the outdoor pavilion, with a gorgeous backdrop of pine trees and a view of Big Bear Lake in the distance. We were able to offer our guests camp activities like archery and a pool day, as well as had room to setup other activities like craft tables and lawn games. The biggest perk was the complete freedom to choose our own vendors, allowing us to create a truly personalized experience (huge shoutout to Scratch Kitchen for catering--our guests still rave about the food). We spent a year making signs, collecting décor, buying solar lights, and crafting to transform this Girl Scout camp into a full-blown wedding festival. If you're up for planning the details, this venue is the ultimate blank canvas. Last but not least, the Camp Osito Rancho team is absolutely amazing. A huge thanks to Angel for her help throughout the year, Ryan for his help throughout the weekend, and to Gerardo for the tour that sold us from the start. For a wedding that feels like an unforgettable getaway, this place is pure magic

I absolutely love La Petite Academy! The teachers truly put in the work to prepare children for school. When my oldest started TK, she was already familiar with much of the curriculum and felt confident and prepared. That speaks volumes about the quality of education and support they provide. What I appreciate most is the family-like atmosphere. The teachers genuinely care about the children, and I've been able to build wonderful relationships with so many of them over the years. A special thank you to Ms. Denise, Ms. Teresa, Ms. Louise, Ms. Elsa, Ms. Diana, Ms. Carrie, Ms. Mireya and Ms. Kellie, the Director. Honestly, I could name every teacher because they have all played a positive role in my children's growth and development. I recently had to move my children to another daycare due to my work location, but it only made me realize how exceptional La Petite really is. The new daycare simply doesn't compare. My children constantly talk about how much they miss their teachers and friends, and they can't wait to return. Seeing how much they miss everyone speaks volumes about the loving environment that La Petite creates. For us, La Petite has never felt like just a daycare--it has felt like an extension of our family. I am excited that my children will be returning, and I know they are too. I highly recommend La Petite Academy to any parent looking for a caring, supportive, and educational environment where their children can truly thrive.

The staff-to-child ratio is clearly an issue, and my older child has faced repeated bullying and I'm not 100% confident the issue was brought to other parents attention since it is continuing . Now my 1-year-old has been bitten twice in just a 2 month timeframe . When I raised these serious concerns, the response from leadership was dismissive and unprofessional -- brushing it off with "kids will be kids" "they will grow out of it" . The director is quick to call out tuition in front of other parents but shows little involvement in ensuring a safe, supportive environment. I expected better -- both in safety and in care. Mind you I have 3 children (7)(5)(1) that attend this daycare. I'm leaving this review in hopes another parent won't have this experience. My son begs not to come back to this daycare.
