I left this nail salon feeling upset, frustrated, and completely misled. I was quoted $43 for a refill and then charged $60, with extra fees added for what they called "ombré" that was nothing more than glitter near my cuticle. My daughters was $70 for a simple refill and design. Her friend still had some nails on, and instead of properly soaking them off, they pried the nails off with another nail. This is unsanitary, unsafe, and shocking. They considered this a "full set" and charged us $65. All said and done they charged $195 total for sloppy work, misleading pricing, and unsanitary practices. I will never return and do not recommend this salon. read more

TERRIBLE PLACE!! i came in with a broken toe nail, wich was totally not their fault ... and they put glue to seal it. how disgusting and unprofessional that was first of all. i asked if they could just cover it with acrylic failed to understand after i asked over and over again . The workers were utterly disrespectful after i stood up for my myself and told them i did not like the deigns they gave me. i asked for a simple plain french tip and asked for acrylic they said they could do it for me and tried to charge me 90$ for gel . as a young teenager i felt like they were trying to dumb me down thinking i didn't see the prices on the pamphlet , and i didn't know the difference between what gel and acrylic is .. the owner of the store was giving me attitude and yelling at me while I was doing nothing but trying to be understanding and stick up for myself because again it is my money that I work for. let me not forget to mention how uncomfortable and unwelcoming the atmosphere was I was getting constant looks and was even told by one of the ladies there to shut up because I was talking to my friend.. One of the few nail salons in the area open on Sunday! I had an amazing experience here, after trying to go to my normal nail salon only to realize they are closed on Sunday. I was greeted & told to sit in a chair immediately after walking in the door as a walk-in. I was quickly helped and Helen got started right away on my pedicure. They have their pedicure options on the plexiglass right at the pedicure area. I chose the Peppermint Pedicure ($33). Note that gel polish is an additional $10, so I ended up paying $43 total. The nail tech, Helen, was so thorough and cut my nails down perfectly. I loved how they have their nail color options in this closed book-like thing instead of having the nails in a bunch of circles like other salons. Their massage chairs are better than a lot of other salons I've been to as well. Very quiet atmosphere & the salon did not wreak of chemicals. Things to know before you go: 1. they prefer you pay cash for your services 2. tips can be only given in the form of cash, as they don't add tips on credit cards This place will now be getting my coins, especially on Sunday! read more

This nail saloon was absolutely horrible. The place is dirty and should be inspected by the FDA, they had their tools on the ground and the pedicure foot soakers and seats were extremely dirty. I got a full set and a classic pedicure and paid wayy to much for the horrible job they did. My acrylic set looks like it needs a refill because the lady did not go back all the way too my cuticles. Not only that but I asked the nail tech 3 or more times to fix the shape and slant of 2 of my nails and she would file for, I kid you not, a second and then move on. I also got a pedicure and they didn't even paint the whole nail, there's just polish on the middle of the nail. I could've done a better job myself. I went in today to get a fullset and eyebrows plus lip and chin done...my nails were way to expensive for the simple work I got done plus one of the nails came out crooked... after the nails I went to go get my eyebrows my lip and my chin wax the lady was so rough with my face I came out of there looking like a tomato the wax was way too hot for my face and when she was rubbing it with baby oil she was pressing so hard against my skin and she even cut me in a few places on my chin I told her she was being too rough I push her hand and she said she was sorry but she went back to being rough with my face so when I had to pay I gave no one any tips but for the waxing that would've cost me only $20 they charge me 30 to purposely include her tip because the people in there are very very very rude except for an elderly lady who does pedicure add Mari the owner is also rude does not know how to run a business and not be a business owner with the room is the unprofessionalism that she presents and when you talk to them to let them know they're doing something wrong they talk in their language that's what they did to me and everyone was laughing I know they were talking about me and it's a shame anyone who is reading this I truly truly advise you to never ever ever go to Marie's nail salon even if you see one or two reviews on this please don't go to them they really don't care about their customers it's all about making money read more

I went here because my friend goes here and they do a nice job. They charge her $60 for both regular gel manicure and classic pedicure. I called and asked in advance what it would cost me to get the same thing and they told me $60. I went to get it done and they charged me $71, I got one color. Don't walk in with brand name purses and wallets cause they take advantage of you. They spoke in Chinese when I asked how much and was charged $11 more and it wasn't even Mary that did my mani and pedi. They don't have a Facebook page and they didn't claim this page as their own because of all their bad reviews. I wish they were more honest. They do a good job but they shouldn't be taking advantage of people this way. I will go back cause I like the way they did it but if they pull this again I will speak up and take it out of their tip. Also they should have a price list displayed. My suggestion to you is to find out how much they will charge you in advance and speak up when they tell you otherwise! PS. Bring cash! read more

I asked for just regular nail polish and not gel (because gel is literally pointless on top of acrylics. it's not even touching my real nail, it peels off within a few days) and I got "no we don't do regular nail polish". My gel pedicure was done nearly perfectly. I appreciated the care she took with my feet and legs since I haven't gotten one in a while. The problem I had was with my nails. She kept messing up, so instead of wiping it off, she kept putting more and more layers on to cover up the mistakes to the point that they could not dry. She had me sit for 20 mins to dry my nails but they just wouldn't dry, so they let me leave with wet, smudged nails that I paid for. I took off the polish the second I got home. I will never go back to Mary's nails. She does not know how to run a business. I went for a pedicure and when I got home the nail polish was coming off of my toes. I went back to have it fixed and she did not even want to fix the problem. She just told me her shop is full. Bottom line is she does not care about the customer. This was one of the worse experiences I've ever had with a nail salon. The tech I had was not interested in anything except getting me to get the most of expensive service that they offered.
