Both times they went above and beyond to make sure they weren't missing anything and got me on meds right away. Everyone there, including the front desk staff is super friendly. I have never had to wait long in the waiting room. And I had to get a chest x-ray and it is so nice that they can do x-rays on site. It's so fast and efficient. I'll definitely come back.

It's 6 hours a day of education, great food, beds are very comfortable and the property doesn't make you feel confined. You can keep your cell and laptop, just not turned on in classes. You are set up with aftercare so you have a sustainable plan moving forward along with the tools to succeed where most don't. With over 40% of our nation addicted to some sort of substance and 60% of our country prescribed an Anxiety or Depression R/X, you don't need to feel bad about getting help. Scientists have proven addiction to alcohol is a destructive disease & there is treatment that can set you up for your new life. If it was Diabetes, or Cancer, you would get help immediately. Addiction is no different and doesn't care how old you are, the color of your skin, nor does it matter if you are a Doctor or Lawyer. I am surrounded by people of all sorts and you won't want to leave after 4 weeks, the path forward is clear by then but this will be something you have to work on for the rest of your life. I scheduled an appointment over a month ago, and the pain in my mouth has exponentially increased. I arrived at my scheduled time; I had already completed all pre-appointment paperwork. They asked for me for my insurance card, I immediately began to search for it on my portal. The Wi-Fi I "borrowed" was slow; (she wouldn't give me theirs) it was taking a little bit. I asked if I could be processed/allowed back as private pay, (I was in pain and had waited a month) giving me more time to continue to upload while in the dentist chair. They said I would have to pay then, and no refund would be considered once insurance verified. They had to prove insurance before they could allow me back. I showed them the phone with my active id card download buffering. I was then told it had taken too long, and I would need to reschedule for an appointment over a week later. When advancing this with the "office manager" she proceeded to tell me I knew about the appointment, and knew I would have to have it, and I should have called them ahead of time to make sure they had what they needed from me. They allegedly called me yesterday and today and left a VM, (no evidence on call log/VM) I asked again if they would please reconsider and allow me to see the dentist and get the card, or I would self-pay without question. She informed me, " she would not go back and forth with me". Ok good. I took my business down to Aspen Dental, where I was treated with some dignity and respect, they allowed me to show my digital card and saw me within an hour. I wouldn't take my dog/cat here if they were on their last leg. The animals would die in their lobby while finding the insurance card.

When I finally spoke with a male scheduler, I was told that I would need to re-register as a new patient. When I tried to ask questions for clarification, he repeatedly interrupted me and was extremely rude. He ultimately stated that he would not "deal" with me because I was not "listening" to him and that another scheduler would be in touch. This entire experience, from the last-minute cancellation to the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior of the scheduling staff, is completely unacceptable. The lack of communication, the extensive delay in returning my call, and the discourteous way I was treated have caused me to question the quality of care provided by your practice. I believe these issues need to be addressed promptly to prevent similar experiences for other patients.
