He took the time to understand the unique qualities of my roof to ensure that everything would be taken care of perfectly. Once the permit came through, he was able to get his team out quickly and they did a great job installing the roof (done in a day!) Keith and his crew were professional, timely, and kind. We had purchased matching front door and storm door from Wheaton Doors, which no longer exists, and needed a new storm door. Maryland Windows Doors and Roofs provided an exact match with a new storm door--same color and style but also with an upgraded "stay open" feature. Thom Walters was honest about the length of time for delivery--although it took less time--and was quick and efficient in installing it. He was even able to find the code that allowed the lock to be keyed the same as the former storm door! The man knows his business and the company is reliable. So glad I found them. read more

Horrible experience! Kevin is very nice on the phone, but an incompetent business man. Find someone else to help you. . . . I've wasted 2 months with him waiting on replacement windows he's never ordered after 5 weeks under contract. And the contract looked like it was written by a 5th grader. When I called to get a status update, he later told me he never did a final measure and has not even ordered the windows! I trusted the favorable reviews from this site and it did not work out for me. Hope you have better luck than me. read more

6/28/17 I continue to work with this company on ongoing projects. Mr. Pearcy has given me invaluable advice on many renovation issues. He is very honest. If there is something he does not know, he will say so and he stands by his work. I highly recommend his company. I would like to update my review. Mr. Pearcy continues to stand by his work. After trying to live with my bathroom shower niche slope, I called Mr. Pearcy to see if there was anything that could be done to fix the slope so that large bottles did not slide. Mr. Pearcy went out of his way to address my concern. He came up with an incredible solution to fix the slope of my niche (apparently the niche that was purchased was sloped to drain the water) without having to redo entire the tile around the niche. He looked all over and had a custom piece of glass made to raise the slope just to get the niche the way I wanted it. Not only was his solution workable but it looks great. This is a values driven company where you know that they will stand by their work and beyond. I This business is not to be confused with Maryland Windows Doors and Roofs LTD. Mr. Pearcy, the owner performed work himself when he was not happy with how others had done it. He spent days at our house fixing things that were not even done by his company. I was badly in need of a replacement for my basement sliding door. Keith P. came to give me an estimate. I knew pretty much what I wanted so he listened to my needs, discussed options and we decided...no pressure. His crew was very professional, did a beautiful job installing the door, protected the carpet and areas around the worksite, and cleaned up after themselves. They even repaired my front storm door which I accidentally damaged, and now it works better than ever. There was never any pressure, no hidden costs, and I am very pleased with their work. My husband and I engaged Keith Pearcy at Maryland Windows Doors Roofs to replace our entire front door unit, which was damaged from years of exposure to extreme sun. It was in terrible condition. Mr. Pearcy made several visits to meet with us and present various options for material, hardware, custom glass, accessories, finishes, paint colors, etc. He was very professional and engaging in all of our interactions. What was more beneficial in this process is that one of Mr. Pearcy's MANY qualifications is his degree in fine arts, which enabled him to design a BEAUTIFUL door for us! I have had 2 occasions to use Mr. Pearcy with Maryland Windows Doors Roofs. The first was after storm damage and we needed a new roof, the second time was for new front doors. Both experiences were excellent! Mr. Pearcy was extremely knowledgeable and polite. Both times he worked within my budget and offered valuable suggestions. Mr. Pearcy was extremely patient when I was searching for doors and didn't really know what I wanted. He showed me several styles and colors and took the time to measure the space and enter it into the computer so I could see what the doors I chose would look like on my house. Mr. Pearcy's employees were courteous, on time and cleaned up well after each job. The vacuumed inside and outside after my door installation.
