Not only was he responsive, but he actually came to my house. He repaired the undercarriage, buffed out the damage, and repainted the fender. When he was finished, the car looked brand new. You would never know there had been any damage. What impressed me most was the combination of professionalism, convenience, and affordability. All calls were answered immediately or returned within an hour, and they handled ALL of the insurance!
