On June 3, I took my car to get it fixed after an accident. I was given a $600 quote which eventually went up to $1045. They claimed the car needed to be pulled and aligned for the bumper cover to fit. I agreed to the extra charges. I picked up my car on June 5 and I had to take the car back twice (7/5 and 8/13) since the bumper cover kept coming off. They wanted more money to fix whatever they didn't do the first or second time claiming that the cover was coming off because we were parking to close to concrete parking stoppers. If that was the case most of the country's car would have their bumper covers coming off. I put a dispute with my cc and I took the car to another shop where it was pulled and aligned properly. read more

This place is amazing Claudia and her staff were so professional and Kind. My brand new Mercedes was hit and had front bumper damage. Claudia found a new bumper for my car and had her staff fix my car in one day. I was amazed at the results the car looked like it was never damaged. I Have never been more satisfied with any body shop and I have had forty years of having my cars worked on at various times. My car was a mess from a previous hurricane. I had mold all over the hood and mirrors , dents, scratches , dings , all over . The car looked like a wreck. Claudia the owner was taught the business (which is over twenty years old ) from her father who passed it down to her. She is top notch. She doesn't drop the ball on anything. She worked tirelessly with my insurance company to assure that there was not one dent or scratch left on the car. I, who know nothing about auto body repair had no idea what to do and she walked me through everything I needed to do , while taking over all the work for me the moment she could. Her staff is remarkable, top notch, knowledgeable and willing to go to great lengths to please their customers. I rate this company as above excellent in customer service, knowledge and abilities , timeliness, honesty, friendliness and courtesy. It is unfortunate that I have to leave a review like this. I grew up in the area and this shop has been here forever. When the father owned this shop all was great, my family and I had brought a few cars there for various things. I brought a 2 cars there for an estimate and was quoted a price with the father. A few months later I called and a woman answered and I told her I was bringing the car. I drove down from north Broward and upon arrival she told me they no longer paint entire cars even though I was quoted this work. She knew that's what I wanted when I called before I drove down. She seem unsure of what kind of work she wanted to do. I never bartered the price I was just ready to do the work the quoted and they no longer paint entire cars only looking for the quick buck. All American collision was known for the for quality complete paint but since the old man retired that's no longer. Have since too 3 of my cars else where and had complete paint done with great customer service and no haggling to take my money. read more

Somebody wrote this place is closed, they are very open and have been for over 20 years. I've had many cars that I've had fixed for various reasons and these folks took great care of restoring a 16 year old Mazda in a very short amount of time. Replaced rear door and quarter panel, painted and restored better than new. Polished up the car and gave us a very fair price. Many people forget that a body shop has to wait for parts. If your car is older it takes longer to find the parts. Sure you could go to a dealers body shop but you'll pay double. They gave me a guarantee on the work and since I've known them to be at the same location for so many years I would say they must be doing something right as they did by me. I would say why get rid of your old car when these folks can make it look good again. I said the price is fair, let's be clear a good body shop charges you fairly. If the price is too good to be true it probably is. read more
