All of the damage done to my car was completely and perfectly repaired and Patrick went above and beyond with the details (cleaning my headlights, washing my car, vacuuming the inside etc.) He owns the company and it's so easy to tell it is his passion and he takes it very seriously. I found this place online and wondering if it is good. There are only two reviews. I gave it a shoot anyway. I have a crack on my Lexus RX350 rear bumper. Initially I was thinking to have that replaced. Patrick looked at it and suggested that the damage was not that big. He should be able to repair. No need to replace it. He is not like the dealership trying to replace everything. Drop it off on Thursday and pick it up on Friday afternoon. What a speedy service! When I picked up the car, I could not tell the bumper has been repaired. Very nice job and the price was very reasonable. I am glad I did make the right choice. Customer service is exceptional. I got into an accident where I ran into a pole, I damaged my front passenger side to the point where I had to replace the bumper, fender, and grill on top of fixing my hood. RPM was the first place I went to and right off the bat Pat gave me the best estimate. He knew that I was a new driver, driving a new car (2015 Toyota Camry), and because I was paying out of pocket he was very nice, understanding, and explained where my money would be going to. Great place and Patrick was awesome! I just needed an outdoor mirror replaced. Other places I went tried to tell me there was door damage and wanted to charge me for work that was not necessary. While I was there Patrick called around to find me a replacement mirror and found one for a fraction of the amount of other estimates. When the part came in he made sure it was in good condition before i went back to have it installed. I was totally impressed and extremely satisfied! Two thumbs way up! read more

I had a small fender bender while down on vacation. I called another shop, who couldn't even see me for 24 hours. and said they would not be able to have the car back to me for another 1-2 days after that.
