Even though I stayed consistent with my touch-ups and followed all aftercare instructions, my brows would fade so quickly and always turned into this unflattering red undertone. On top of that, my right brow was consistently lighter than my left, and despite bringing it up multiple times, I never received a clear explanation or solution. It was honestly so frustrating. From the moment I sat in Kamryn's chair, I could tell I was in the right hands. She took her time mapping out my brows and walked me through everything--from why my previous work was fading red to the differences in pigments and ink types. I accidentally booked my service with someone who doesn't specialize in facials. She kindly texted me and guided me how to make the appointment with her. The booking process was easy though. Her location is easy to find and lots of parking. The shop is super chic and super clean. Bathroom was for staff only but she kindly offered me if I needed it, since she was running a little late. Oh my goodness, her facials are to die for! I felt so relaxed and loved it. When she was giving my shoulders a massage we could feel the knots, after a few minutes we could feel them getting smaller. I loved that when I was getting the facial everything she was putting on my face, she was explaining what she was putting on and what it was used for, even the brand and where to get it. Love that. Overall I loved the whole experience. Chantelle was so nice and so knowledgeable. I did get the chemical peel which is suggested for once a month, so I will be going back. I can't wait for my next appointment.
