From the hazo house, electronics drop off to the regular dump dump, all are so helpful and friendly. The people in the hazo house have tons of information on what is or isn't hazardous. But not condescending if you do happen to throw something "bad" into the regular dump. Having once been a summer relief garbage man in my college days, I have great respect for people who work here and the job they do. In short, they make it super easy to throw out all sorts of stuff when it's Spring cleaning time.

Then they changed their story, when I called them out on that, and said that the steel had to be at least a quarter inch thick or else they price it as tin. Nothing on their price sheet prices anything by size. Everything they pay for is listed by weight. They were extremely rude when I tried talking with them. First, they lied, then when I called them out on it, they cut me off, and then they got nasty and talked over me without wanting to listen. Lots of tables for folding and space so that you're not bumping into others. There's an attendant with a snack bar so you can have a treat while you wait. I only saw four 8-load machines for $12, so you might have to wait if you have something large to wash. The machines take credit cards so no worries if you don't have quarters but they also still have a change machine if you need it. They also have a restroom, so ask the attendant for the door code. Lots of salon, Asian grocery, restaurant businesses here so you'll have something to do if you don't want to sit around and wait for your load to process. I went to the Korean bbq place next door, then put those clothes in the laundry to get the Smokey smell off too, so the convenience is awesome.

When I reminded him that the posted sign on the door also states the last load is at 7:30 PM, he threatened to make me leave. I also observed him treating two other women the same way before the 7:30 PM last-load cutoff. When I told him I would be contacting the owner regarding his behavior, he responded that he didn't care and told me I could leave. His behavior was rude, confrontational, and unprofessional. Customers should be treated with courtesy and respect, especially when they are arriving before the posted last-load time.
