Josh was very thorough and detail-oriented, all at an impressive pace. The environment at Mason Motorworks is very welcoming, clean and comfortable; and I was treated with respect. Pricing was honest, competitive and fair! Chris and Josh spent the time needed to properly diagnose and fix the issue I was having with my A/C. They found and fixed my A/C issue WITHOUT trying to replace unbroken parts or hassling me to buy unnecessary products. They made sure that any parts needed made the quickest arrival to the shop possible. To be honest, I also needed my oil changed and due to the impressions made by Mason Motorworks I asked them if they could set me up for one. Immediately Josh jumped on it and changed my oil and oil filter, topped and checked fluids, checked tire tread, air pressure and prepped it for rotation. 100% have faith in this businesses. The owner, Chris Mason, always listens carefully to my problems with the car I bring in, takes notes, and treats me and my children with respect. He always repairs the cars in a short time. Chris lets me know what's going on and what my car needs and how much it costs. His prices are very reasonable and he delivers high quality work. I had a serpentine belt tear up at my house once and Chris came to my house, replaced the belt and only charged me for the belt. My Hot rod broke down on a Saturday around 5pm in the evening and chris came to where it was and towed it back to the shop, worked on it for about 3 hours (electrical issues) had to change the distributor and rewire, we laughed and got the ole girl up and running, and surprisingly didn't charge an Arm and a Leg.. absolutely will have him work on my stuff in the future, honest, enjoyable to work with...nice to see there's good service with honesty still around, I only gave 5 stars because that all this review would allow...​ read more

One of the fairest and honest mechanics I have ever come across. Car's transmission went out and caused power steering to go out. They didn't charge for all the time it took to find the problem and revealed that the cost to replace the transmission was prohibitive. They could have lied just to get money but they didn't.
