In February, they had my car for 11 days and didn't start the repairs until they had my car for over a week. Jesse told myself, and my husband, that there was a significant delay in repair because my warranty company had extensive requirements that had to be met before repairs could be approved such as pictures/videos of the malfunction as well as an inspection done by the warranty company themselves. When the warranty company reimbursed me for my rental car they didn't pay for any of the days during this "delay". I called MB Resources to confirm that the delays were in fact caused by the warranty company and they confirmed that they were. I then called the warranty company stating that they should reimburse me for the repair delays caused by their extensive requirements and the warranty company informed me that they never requested pictures or videos and they never ordered their own inspection. I then called Jesse, from MB Resources, with the warranty company on the line and Jesse changed his story and said that he never told me that the delay was due to the warranty company and that the delay was, in fact, due to the repair shop being behind in their work. He never mentioned that to me before. Jesse's dishonesty cost me hundreds of dollars extra in rental car coverage, that I did not get reimbursed for. I will not return to this shop. read more

Best automotive repair business I have found. Carl, Jesse and Dave are very knowledgeable about all automobiles. They specialize in Mercedes and BMW automobiles but work on everything from Ford, Chevrolet, Mazda, Honda, Kia, Nissan and many others. You'll get class A service with a smile. Also, the car will be fixed right the first time so you don't have to keep taking it back for the same issue. I found these guys a few years ago and have never used anyone since. The best thing is they won't price gouge you. Very fair and reasonable pricing. First I came there to check what was wrong with airbag light. They charge me for computer scanning $60. It is fair. Now we know where is the problem. "We will not charge you again for scanning if you will bring car to us to fix the problem". So I did. Couple days later I make appointment and my Wife bring the car today, exactly at 8:30am. We said we need the car ASAP. They said 2pm and we agree. I called after 2pm to check how long it will take. Nobody call us before about any update. They said that they didn't touch the car at all because they have busy time. I send my Wife to pick up the car and even then they don't give any attention to her questions so she left with the car. In my opinnion I don't know who is writing those reviews for u but I will never come back there. They will write some bs as response but I don't care. Everybody there is slow, telling you some shit all the time thinking that everybody have a time to loose it like them. Yes, I care about my time and half day without car is a big deal, but not big enough to leave my car there to fix it for next couple days. Better take it to other place. read more
