We hired Mason Pro One LLC to fix damaged stucco. After meeting Sam, we expanded to a brick façade and a new back deck. He was patient, checked with our town's zoning, and found us an affordable architect. The deck was delivered in less than 15 business days. His team was hardworking and focused on quality. Because of his reliability, we added more projects which included foundation repair, roof patching, insulation, and new modern railings. Sam was transparent about pricing and easy to work with. KEEP LOOKING! This guy left my property in a demolished state for months for a job that was supposed to take 3-4 days. He laid down a driveway, a back patio and a front sidewalk that all needed to be ripped up because the work was subpar. He used poor-quality asphalt on the driveway that had big rocks in it. The finished job had humps and was caving in an area where a worker dug a hole and neglected to compact the soil properly. When the driveway was ripped up, I found parts of my old driveway still exited, and they did not put down new gravel. The back patio used to be flat and level as they typically are became a ramp running along the back of my house. The sidewalk, which was also flat, now went uphill, and the finish was an eyesore. This business doesn't even deserve a one, but I did not have an option to give a ZERO. Save your time, heartache, money, and keep looking. Oh, we are in court now because he took $7,000 from me, and I had nothing to show for it when I fired him. read more

I hired Sam and his crew just this August, 2024. They demolished and rebuilt my front steps, foundation, and the crawlspace as well as the concrete walkway towards the entrance and over to the left side of my house. Sam was very professional and personable. He always took my calls whenever I had questions -- even on a weekend when they couldn't work because of the rains. If there is a rating higher than 5 STARS, I would definitely give it to him without hesitation. I am 100% happy and satisfied with the beautiful work they did!!! STAY AWAY FROM SAM! Seriously, get your job done by ANYONE else! I have been trying to get Sam to come back and finish the job he was paid in full ($14k) SINCE LAST YEAR and he has stopped returning my calls after committing to finishing the job in August. The work is shoddy and Sam was extremely unprofessional throughout the ordeal. They show up whenever they feel like it (took OVER 8 weeks for job to complete) and the workers are young and inept. The retaining walls already have cracks and the asphalt has already fallen apart because it is so thin. The drain has constant standing water from not being pitched AND is in the completely wrong place. There is concrete spray all over my brick walls.... the list goes on and on. Had steps demolished and rebuilt. Quality work all around. Steps look great, clean up throughout and after finished was fantastic. Took out and replaced railings after steps were rebuilt. Other places said they wouldn't do that. Price is in line with other estimates I got. We hired Sam to build a patio of Belgian blocks cemented onto an underlayment of concrete. Sam sent untrained men to do the job and never visited the site himself. The untrained men poured the concrete and then, after laying 260 blocks, found the job could not be completed because the concrete was too high. The concrete was too high because the untrained men had failed to excavateenough dirt. We had to fire Sam and hire a new mason. The new mason removed the 260 blocks and started over with concrete pavers. Very expensive! read more

Sam came by to give me an estimate. Very personable and reasonable. Team came in, worked hard and what they did looked good but...they didn't complete the job, ruined my gravel driveway with the dirt they dug up to do the retaining wall and cracked the concrete on the end of my main driveway. After 2 weeks of no communications on emails, texts, and messages Sam finally got back to me. Twice he was to come by and look at what i was complaining about. Twice no shows and no call. On the 3rd promise he still didn't come but promised to just come Saturday with a crew to address my concerns. Showed up that Saturday afternoon alone and said the job was completed bit he would have this come back and cutout part of the walkway to make it even. Looked at the gravel driveway and agreed it was bad and said he would have his guys come back and take care of that. The whole time nothing but attitude, no longer personable. We both lost it when he looked at the concrete and said that was already there. Proceeded to scream at each other and called me a liar. I said i would leave a bad review, even though i paid him in full, and his answer was he didn't care about reviews and he couldn't wait to read it. With that, veggie i could, Wife told him to leave and i agreed. Same day office called full of apologies, also saying Sam wanted to apologize. Btw..i have both pics and video of the before and after clearly showing the damage. The woman at the was very kind and tried to get me to agree to having them comeback. After all the non communication, no shows, and being called a liar and unprofessional attitude i finally turned her down and said we were going in another direction. I can live with the crack and the 2 sides of the walkway being uneven but i have to hire a landscaper to repair the gravel driveway. I would never recommend them, much less use them again!!! read more

They did our steps and walkway a few years ago and although their price was reasonable, we did not have a good experience. Everything is already cracking and the paint on the railing chipped within a couple weeks. They came back to repaint and it chipped again within months. The worst part is that they used our credit card TWICE. Once for the job and again for their own advertising bill. Had to call the CC company to claim fraud. Would never hire again. read more

Do not hire!!! Work is sloppy and shoddy. Had a new concrete driveway put in and was not happy right from the start because of the quality of the work and then after only a couple of weeks it started to chip/peel and I now have patch mark on a brand new driveway. It looks terrible !! read more

This Guy Sam was the most unprofessional, unreliable dishonest person I have come across in a long time. After coming to my home for the initial estimate he promised to show up several times to install my paver stones. Over 5 times he missed his appointment and didn't even have the courtesy to call. When I would call he would duck my phone calls. I had to dial him from different numbers to get him to answer. DO NOT USE THIS PERSON. He waste over 45 days with lies and excuses. I have no idea what his workmanship is like but as a person and a professional he as no ethical value. read more
