Despite having a French drain and sump pump, it was all improperly done many years ago. I received 4 quotes, including Jersey Pride. Valerio was the only one to do an in-depth assessment of my issue and explain to me exactly what was causing me these water problems. He was the only one to bring a water meter to find where the water issues were and what parts of the basement we could salvage because they tested dry. All other three quotes were from companies that just took a quick glance at the basement, recommended redoing the entire perimeter, and threw out some astronomical amounts in the tens of thousands (it's a small basement).
