He was professional, attentive, and genuinely helped relieve most of my pain. I left feeling much better physically, and I truly appreciate the quality of care I received from him. Because of that, I do plan on continuing treatment and getting a membership. Unfortunately, the front desk experience did not match the level of care provided by the doctor. My appointment was at 10:00 AM, right when the office opened, yet the receptionist came across as rude and noticeably annoyed. It was surprising and disappointing to be met with that kind of attitude at the very start of the day. Front desk staff are the first point of contact for patients, and their demeanor sets the tone for the entire visit. In this case, the negative interaction impacted my overall experience enough that I've decided to continue care at a different location. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as customer service at the front desk plays a major role in client retention. A more welcoming and professional approach would make a big difference.
