Before I left the clinic he had me get a massage (which I paid extra for) with the needle in my shoulder unbeknownst to me! I mentioned to H Yang before I left that I was having unusual pain in my shoulder he says it would last 3 days to just put warm packs, so when I got home low and behold the needle was still in my shoulder! I don't know how he could have taken out all those needles and missed leaving one in. It was unusually painful I knew something was off but he did not do a very good job of listening to his patient.

She also asked us to repeat ourselves at least 20 times because she couldn't hear. She was messy, rude, and unprofessional as can be. I felt incomfortable the entire time I was in this office. Towards the end of the appointment, I asked if I could see the doctors chiropractic board certification and the assistants told me is was posted in the front office. I was going to take a photo and they told me I couldn't which is when I noticed she was not the main doctor, but she was covering for the real doctor. Interesting.
