Raggedy hair, messy makeup, unprofessional clothing. She was wearing a mask but only over her mouth, not her nose. She was coughing, sniffling, and has a raspy voice. She also asked us to repeat ourselves at least 20 times because she couldn't hear. She was messy, rude, and unprofessional as can be. I felt incomfortable the entire time I was in this office. Towards the end of the appointment, I asked if I could see the doctors chiropractic board certification and the assistants told me is was posted in the front office. I was going to take a photo and they told me I couldn't which is when I noticed she was not the main doctor, but she was covering for the real doctor. Interesting. Overall would not recommend coming hear. Save your time and money and go anywhere else!!!

He will answer all your question if you have any. Just had a readjustment on my neck last week for the first time and it actually felt really good. I was nervous eat first but he calmed me so we can get it done.

Due to my previous experiences I googled the nearest locations since I've recently moved and to my luck there was one in HP. Location was easy and convenient to find, the receptionist was kind and helpful with a few questions I had with a calm demeanor, and the nurse who attended me was kind as well. The nurse and doctor paid close attention to my pain/discomfort and showed sincere concern. Walked out with a diagnosis and post care that I knew I would be satisfied with. Needless to say, I felt better in 24 hrs. Hope to not have to visit again (or at least any time soon) but glad I did! Definitely recommend.

Before I left the clinic he had me get a massage (which I paid extra for) with the needle in my shoulder unbeknownst to me! I mentioned to H Yang before I left that I was having unusual pain in my shoulder he says it would last 3 days to just put warm packs, so when I got home low and behold the needle was still in my shoulder! I don't know how he could have taken out all those needles and missed leaving one in. It was unusually painful I knew something was off but he did not do a very good job of listening to his patient.
