I almost didn't go here because of the negative reviews but am glad I ignored them! I got right in on a weeknight (literally a 1-minute wait) and the medical team spent plenty of time with me to troubleshoot my concerns. I left with a script and referral to a specialist. Front desk was great. I actually called the front desk to see how long the wait was before heading over and highly recommend this approach. I'm sure they can't always answer that question, but they were able to last night and it made for a very seamless trip to the doctor. read more

I went here recently after being sick for almost a week. It was quite busy--it's flu season--but the staff was clearly doing its best to see patients as quickly and efficiently as possible. After about an hour, I was seen by a nurse, swabbed, and diagnosed with flu by a very pleasant and competent doctor. I'm starting to feel better now, and will visit this place again in the future. read more

Doctor mis read my x ray and missed not one, but two broken bones that went completely through a joint! This place is a joke. Think of it as a tiny microcosm of all thats wrong with corporate America: everyone thinks they are a superstar, but they are at best average and at worst, incompetent. I tripped in June and hurt my toe badly. I had an X ray here and the female doctor said 'its not broken!" and sent me on my way. She never put the image in the partners system so it was never looked at by an actual radiologist- she just glanced at it and thought she could make that call with some degree of certainty. A month later, still not walking, my doctor (a competent one) ordered an MRI. There were two breaks and no evidence of an x ray from this place- even though both facilities are run by Partners- they all use the same system. I'm still in PT. And still cannot move the joint that broke due to it being immobilized for over a month. I honestly don't know when I will stop limping or get out of pain. Every doctor I've spoken with said the month I lost with the inaccurate diagnosis I got at this place has caused real problems in the healing process. I'd skip this place until the get a new staff. I have been to this urgent care several times, and each time I got the best care. I was never rushed out; staff is great at their jobs and everyone is so friendly and down-to-earth. I highly recommend Mass General Brigham Urgent Care in Woburn. I stepped on glass about 2 weeks prior in my condo; got most of it out. I tried home remedies to get the remaining out with no luck. I decided to go to MGH urgent care. I was quickly seen by James, NP. He was wonderful. He got the glass out. Thank you so much James. read more

Should have read the reviews before coming here. They are so rude and as you try and answer the intake questions they start quizzing and interrupting you without actually listening to your symptoms. I went in today asking for my ear canal to be flushed, complaining of a feeling of blockage. I had been to the emergency room over 10 days prior. Which i had received antibiotics. Yet the blocked feeling and still no hearing were a problem. I explained this to the receptionist and explained i would like my ear flushed. I was very clear about this. I got to the waiting room and was examined. They then prescribed me a steroid and said they did not perform flushes, and that they could see fluid bubbles behind my ear.... I left extremely disappointed, feeling my concerns were not listened to. Yes they looked in my canal, but clearly they missed something. I understand that not every one is in tune with their body, but i am!!! I called my sister to consult with a family member and she said : " have you tried debrox, i use it on the kids from time to time" ... if you are not familiar with this product, it is ear wax removal drops. Within the hour of trying it, there was finally relief. Which leads me to believe i needed the flush i asked for!!! Not the 165 dollar walk in charge to be prescribed something, when an over the counter suggestion could have been more effective and less costly. Listen to your body!!! Unfortunately this urgent care experience was not a good one. read more

BEWARE - this place is a disgrace to the medical industry. Went in this afternoon to an empty reception area. I waited 15 minutes and actually had to walk into the back area to find someone. The receptionist was back there chatting. She came out to the desk and started the lengthy process. She then abruptly sneezed on herself and screamed "Jesus Christ". I should have known what was to come. I told her my blood pressure was 166/97 and that I had headaches, chest pain, and was short of breath. I filled out the iPad while she and another staff member flirted and joked at the desk. The staffer asked my blood pressure again and went out back. He emerged a few minutes later and said "sorry to give you the bad news but there is nothing we can do for you", you'll need to go see your physician. Are you f_cking kidding me? This is Partners Urgent Care? NO - I found out after that this fraudulent establishment has absolutely no affiliation to Partners. In fact, Partners actually sold this "insurance scam" the rights to use its name? Unbelievable, is this even legal? Don't be fooled and participate it this sham folks! I was skeptical about coming here at first due to the many negative reviews, although I was very sick and this was the only urgent care near me open until 9:00. When I got there the wait was nothing bad at all, about 15 minutes. When I was taken the doctors were extremely nice and caring (especially Hilary) and I'm now better. The experience seems to depend on who you get, since it seems like they send different docs there daily. Either way I had a great experience here and will be returning if I ever have to in the future. read more

I took my sister there after she had a bad fall, landing on her head. They took her vital signs, asked about her meds. The doctor treated her laceration on her eyebrow. She had a contusion on her chin which didn't need attention. Considering that she was 86 years old, I was told by my doctor that she should have had an xray of her head. She is scarred now so she must have landed hard. There was no mention of following up with her primary care. I had a bad fall on my head just a month prior to her fall and went to Norwood Urgent Care. They took an xray, cat scan and wrote up a report to have my doctor get an MRI of my head. I know Canton's facility is small but they do have an xray machine. I feel she should have had an xray and been told to follow up with her doctor. read more

I was nervous about coming to this facility due to the negative reviews, however I was pleasantly surprised. The receptionist was attentive and kind when she started the check in process with me and offered me and my son complimentary snacks and drinks. We were taken to the back after about 10 minutes where the nurse Rachel was so kind and really seemed to care about me and my kids. She helped my young son feel as comfortable as possible about the strep test and did a great job. Darlene was just about the nicest provider I've ever met! She took her time with us and really explained what she was doing...really wish she could be his pediatrician! Overall a wonderful experience, and will definitely be making a return visit if anyone in my family is sick again! Kudos. read more

I am baffled as to why the bad reviews at this Urgent Care. I am visiting Florida and felt a UTI coming on. I went in this morning and the clinic is top notch. The facilities are clean and updated. The staff was helpful and respectful. I was brought right back after filling out the proper intake information, as it was not busy when I went in. The testing was done, diagnosis confirmed. Prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy of my choice and I was on my way. read more

Leaving one star is being very generous to this group. They are uneducated when it comes to insurance policies. Even worse the only worry about how they will get paid before they will even treat you. My daughter went in there with a foot injury that happened at her job. And was told that this was a workman's comp issue or she could pay out of pocket. Even tho she has insurance!!! They had her in tears and she wanted to call her parents (me) to ask was the best course of action was. When I asked to speak to someone to get some clarification about the insurance situation (my daughter was very upset and was not thinking after they told her it could cost her $$$$) the person in charge just said no and walked away from her. After my daughter hung up with me...no one came back to see her not even the PA on duty!!! So my daughter left. No one stopped here or asked if she was alright... nothing. She could barely walk on her left foot...not to mention how upset she was. If u need immediate help this is not the place for you. read more

5 stars for Hillary. She's a saint. 1 star for everyone else. I didn't have an appointment but I got there and the place was empty. It took THREE people a half hour to check me in. I stood up there coughing, with a burning fever. The girl didn't know what she was doing, and the other man and woman took their time to show her. I'm all about training, but not while someone is exceptionally sick. Then the MA saw me, and told me it would be 5 minutes and it took 1 hour(which is fine, I'd accept it) if I hadn't already waited 30 minutes for three staff members to have side convos and sign me in. As an HR rep I send many new hires for pre-employment testing and physicals. One of the worst clinics I've encountered. They never send results on time. Sometimes resulting in new hires getting frustrated and seeking alternate employment. I wish I could give no stars. Will be seeking other clinics to use in the area. read more

I have experienced better at other urgent care facilities because I felt very rushed when it was my turn to be seen by Dr. Mark Bright. He really didn't go into much detail about treatment for me since I had a terrible bout of bronchitis which was messed up. He looked at my ears, throat and listened to my heartbeat very quickly and didn't really say much other than I'm going to give you prednisone and an inhaler that costed $175 with my insurance. Prior to that, I told him it would be expensive with my insurance, but he ignored that. The next day, I went to Tufts for an urgent care appointment and I am glad that I did that because the physician assistant was thorough and listened to me. The wait was pretty long this past Wednesday night and I could tell how stressed the front desk staff were because they checked in quite a few people. However, when one of the front desk staff members took me back to an exam room to get my chief complaint and vitals, he was really nice and made me laugh despite being in so much pain. He asked me how tall I was and I said it in a sarcastic tone because I'm only 4 feet 11 inches and then he said, "You hate saying that, don't you?" and it was funny to me! Honestly, that was my only highlight of my experience. Just remember, when you check in, you'll be handed a tablet to complete some pertinent information about why you're there to be seen and the front desk staff may hold your insurance cards and identification for scanning so just be patient. Also, help yourself to the snacks in the middle drawer where the selection of coffee and teas are above near the Keurig. There's also a fridge to your right of the coffee/tea station that's stocked with soda. For those of you who need a prescription filled right away, there's a 24 hour cvs right across the street from this urgent care facility. The pharmacy hours are 8am-12 am M-F and 8am-8pm Sat-Sun. read more

I'm very grateful for the care my 6 year old daughter received here last week. On Saturday afternoon, my daughter started showing signs of an ear infection. We were seen quickly and were able to start antibiotics within 2 hours of checking in. The facility was clean and the staff were professional and kind. read more

First time visit yesterday for un-resolving sinus - I had an excellent experience. I made an appointment on line - filled out the required registration information - saw a DR right away and left with a treatment plan and I'm already feeling improvement (~24 hours later). Efficient, clean, professional and they even snacks. I think my issue is exactly their wheelhouse - not an emergency - and not something that can wait weeks for a Primary Care appointment. I was so impressed with the level of service I experienced when I visited this urgent care center over the weekend. The quality of care provided is equivalent to something you'd find at a Boston area hospital. A lot of the other reviews that have been posted seem to be affiliated with another location since this center has only been open since December 2017. All of the staff were friendly and exhibited care and compassion. The doctor, Hillwho assisted me also spent more time asking about my presenting symptom than my Primary Care Provider does! The facility is also immaculate and patients are even offered complimentary snacks and beverages throughout the process. read more

They have a stupid, tediously long ipad check in procedure that decided to crash as I got to the last item. Had to go through that bs twice. Couldn't walk without excrutiating pain due to large blister on my foot. Rather than draining the blister which I had hoped he would do he didn't want to risk it and urged me to soak it a bath and if it didn't get better come back tomorrow. Went to my PCP and it was such a simple drain procedure that took no time. Essentially spent 90 minutes at this place to get absolutely nothing accomplished. Also found out recently the woman at the front desk billed my secondary insurance as my primary so that should be a damn fun phone call. read more

Excellent visit this evening with Deena and Hillary!! The facility is super clean and new and completely stocked with snacks, coffee and soda! Leather sofas in the waiting rooms with a tv that has actual channels! I almost forgot I was sick The highlight of my night was the 2 lovely ladies that helped nurse me back to health. Deena is super personable and an asset to the company. She is so upbeat and makes you laugh. You almost forget why you're there in the first place. Hillary is a genuine, caring NP that actually takes the time to listen to your problems and then does everything necessary to get you back to feeling better quickly! This is definitely THE place to go if you're sick I almost can't wait to go back! Hopefully they won't see me anytime soon, but if I needed to I would go back without hesitation. This will be my new urgent care for myself and the kiddos if need be read more

Very friendly medical providers, but front desk customer service was bizarre. I made an appointment the night before, but it was canceled automatically because the front receptionist refused to check me in. (Nobody else was at the desk. She seemed very stressed, which I understand, but what's the point of making an appointment then?) I joked about the text messages I was receiving that my appointment slot would expire and was brushed off again. Meanwhile, two individuals who came in after me (walk ins) were given over-the-top friendly customer service...almost seemed purposeful?...My appointment expired and I ended up in a room 1 hour after my time. I was there for almost 3 hours to get a rapid strep test. Don't bother making an advance appointment - doesn't help! read more

Absolutely horrible experience, I went in because my foot was severely bruised and swollen after a fall. I went in at first the nurse who took a look at it said it looked broken then said he thinks its a sprain but it actually might be a fracture, which are all different. We went to take X-rays and the x-ray technician was not polite at all. I went in and wasn't told I have a hairline fracture but the nurse had to wait for the actual doctor to come in the morning and they could call in the morning with my test results. I was given a boot for my foot which the x-ray technician did know how to put on. I never received a call until I called customer service and was told they had a different number that I never gave them I gave them my real number and they still didn't call me. I went to the ER 5 days later since my foot was getting worse and was told that i only had a sprain and not a fracture like urgent care told me I should've never been given a boot at urgent care and that I should have had crutches since the very beginning and the boot was making me not heal properly. I do not recommend this urgent care at all, everyone is rude and they don't know what they're doing. read more

I was nervous when I saw negative reviews, but I was very impressed by the care and service I received. It goes without saying that if you should be at an ER, go to the ER. This place is perfect for when the doctor's office is closed on weekends and you come down with something that shouldn't wait. No Labs!!! Are you kidding me? Website said no wait time. After over an hour to see a nurse I was told they could not do bloodwork and I would have to go somewhere else. Their website stayed they have labs. What is the point of having a beautiful facility, pleasant professionals, snacks, coffee etc... hey that's great but when your sick you want a facility that can do the job they are there for. What a waste of my time when I was not feeling well. Shame on Partners... their computer does not even hook up to Partners where I am a patient. I liked the staff it is not their fault. I was seen by Dr Mark Bright and it took everything in my being to not get up and walk out right in the middle of my appointment. The only reason I didn't was because I was so genuinely shocked at what was being said to me that I could not process through it fast enough. Never in my life have I felt so disrespected by a health "professional". On top of the disrespect, the actual health advice I received was completely useless.
