Most importantly, they actually listen to feedback and make improvements based on what members say. It's a professional, well-run spot that's worth the membership.

When I recently visited(July), the mold smell had decreased, but the floors still hadn't been repaired, causing dust to fly everywhere. Despite a long time passing, management only expected understanding from its members instead of fixing the issues, which led me to cancel my membership. However, I found out I had already been charged for June and July without even realizing it. I exchanged emails with the Assistant Manager regarding this issue, but she refused to provide a refund for those months, strictly citing their policy. I told her I understand their stance, but in fairness, I would be leaving a review about this experience. I have been a member here for over 5 years, but in the end, it is clear that they do not care about their members' health or safety. Horrible facility management and completely unfair billing. Avoid this place.

DECEPTIVE BILLING PRACTICES -- BE CAREFUL BEFORE SIGNING ANY AGREEMENT…read more After years of being a loyal member with no issues, I was suddenly charged an additional $19.50 fee with no notice or explanation. When I asked about it, I was told it was a "glitch in the system" that overcharges customers -- but that I'd need to talk to the manager to resolve it. To prevent future problems, I even put a new card on file. Before following up, I contacted my bank (Chase), and they confirmed there was no reason my recurring payment -- successfully processed more than 28 times -- should have declined. When I spoke with the manager (Andrew), he gave multiple conflicting explanations: first a system glitch, then a bank issue, then a declined card, and finally said he had no control because billing is through ABC Financial. When I asked how the issue would be fixed, I received no clear answer or solution. Instead, the manager became aggressive and ended the conversation by yelling: "GET THE F*** OUT, IT'S TOO EARLY FOR YOUR BULL****." Immediately, I asked again to speak with the owner or anyone capable of addressing the situation. I even reached out through social media. After one month, radio silence. Today, I received another notice: my card supposedly "did not go through," and there is no a $9.50 late fee and another $19.50 charge added on top. I'm genuinely disappointed. If the business needs to raise prices, be honest about it -- don't hide behind deceptive billing practices or "system glitches." I enjoyed being a member, but I can't support a company that refuses accountability, overcharges loyal customers, and treats them disrespectfully.

Not many members, but clean and neat!…read more I went for a Classpass rock climbing class. There's a juice bar when you first go in, but it was closed when I went. You then head downstairs, where you will be greeted by the staff before going through the turnstiles. The locker room area was cute. I especially enjoyed the vanity area, where you can blow dry your hair, do your makeup, and more. The rock climbing class was awesome. The climbing wall wasn't big, as it wasn't a main aspect of the gym. In the 2 hours, we learned how to tie a knot to be able to secure your harness, as well as how to belay. The instructor was super patient with us. The class was just my 2 friends, and although it was originally 5 people, any more would have not been enough time to do much. Learning the proper techniques on how to even climb, and how to position yourself on the wall is a whole other class! I give major respect to those who know how to rock climb professionally. While I absolutely suck and may have screamed my way down the wall, the informative beginner class maybe just maybe made me lowkey interested in improving. If you're just casually looking into rock climbing, taking a class at CompleteBody could work for you!

Highly recommend.

It looked like the elite Manhattan 5th Ave crowd would frequent this with its privacy. The club has an initiation fee of 10k from what I hear. Honestly, I felt like their service to reciprocal members was distasteful. Several times staff were like who are you in an accusatory manner when we had permission to be there. It left a really bad taste in my mouth. We walked into this building and the lady up front pressed the button to go up to the top of the building. The place has 2 restaurants. The top restaurant has an amazing view of the city from the terrace. I would have loved to sit out there and eat if it wasn't winter and wasn't closed. The bottom restaurant offered a pretty overpriced breakfast. I paid 20 bucks for toast and a coffee (which is insane). The toast did have an awesome strawberry jam. The place also has a nice lounge area, movie theater, and a hair studio. The place has a gym that has a great view of New York. The place doesn't offer a lot of gym equipment, however. There is also a meditation room and bathroom that has a sauna.

We had the sushi tacos, the steak and eggs, and the burger. The restaurant is aesthetically pleasing and you can also sit outside with a decent view of midtown. I liked this place because it has a modern but relaxed vibe.
