When someone tells an employee at the front desk (Ashley), that they want to cancel their membership and finish out their sessions, one would think that that would be the end of things. Come to find out, that apparently one needs to sign a form to complete the membership cancellation, but never once were we told that. When speaking with Tiffany a few days later, as no one could help us besides her and Elizabeth apparently, she instantly became beligerent and did not care to hear what I had to say. Instead she acted like a 2 year old instead of a professional, and hung the phone on me and said that never in 15 years has she had to deal with anything like a cancellation issue for a customer. Apparently Tiffany and crew do not spend time reading the reviews people leave for their business, as it has become quite clear to me that many other people have had the same experiences as me, and it appears as though all Tiffany and crew want, is to make the almighty dollar instead of being a place of sound repute. I hope it was worth alienating customers and losing business, instead of working together on a resolution. Apparently business is good enough where they don't need to care about repeat customers, or with losing business from possible new customers who will be told all about their lack of professioinal demeanor.

The space is large with plenty of space for both weights and cardio. There is also a large turf pace. The equipment is state of the art and I really like the automatic rep and timer on the machines. I also enjoy the two different spots of weights and how much room there is in between the cardio and weight machines. The locker rooms are slightly smaller then other locations, but they are set up very nice. There is a sauna by 3 degrees which is fantastic. Something new is the recovery room which I was able to try. I believe there is an extra cost above the membership. I highly recommend the location!

I found myself needing to cut back on bills recently due to life events and found that you can only cancel great life in the same month that you started it. I understand having a year commitment, but making it so that it auto renews for a year every year essentially making it near impossible to leave unless you decide to leave on your yearly anniversary. This is shady as hell and is a pure BS policy. It's sad that for this one reason alone I do not recommend them.

Upon my arrival and check in, I was offered a warm robe and slippers. They provide lockers for your personal belongings. The women's area was very clean and well organized, complete with showers and toiletries for your needs. Throughout the facility, there were stations for beverages, coffee, tea, and water. While I waited for my aesthetician, I sat by a wonderful fireplace and just relaxed. When Anna came to get me for my facial, I was led to a private room. I can't stress enough how wonderful the ambience is in the spa. It promotes relaxation and peace of mind, both of which I needed. Anna was polite and attentive, and listened to my needs, and concerns. She even offered advice on a manicure I'd received from a different place a couple of days prior where my cuticles were sore, red and swollen. I only wish I had found Radiance Day Spa sooner! Big hotel on 8th street, plus attached parking ramp. Which is free parking as long as there's a permit on the dashboard. Surrounded by stores and businesses, it's nice to walk around for breakfast or grab a drink. Hotel is big, lounge and restaurant in the middle plus a swimming pool at the end. You can hear kids playing and smell of chlorine. Room was nice and clean. Bed is comfortable and big. Room equipped with microwave and fridge.

Crave has awesome food and our bartender Patrick was fantastic. The only complaint I have is the Starbucks attached to the hotel is only open from 6-10am which is odd. I would gladly stay here again. Great job from all the staff!
