From the time I walked in, I knew this place was special. It was clean, well decorated, with designated spaces designed to enhance the experience. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Upon my arrival and check in, I was offered a warm robe and slippers. They provide lockers for your personal belongings. The women's area was very clean and well organized, complete with showers and toiletries for your needs. Throughout the facility, there were stations for beverages, coffee, tea, and water. While I waited for my aesthetician, I sat by a wonderful fireplace and just relaxed. When Anna came to get me for my facial, I was led to a private room. I can't stress enough how wonderful the ambience is in the spa. It promotes relaxation and peace of mind, both of which I needed. Anna was polite and attentive, and listened to my needs, and concerns. She even offered advice on a manicure I'd received from a different place a couple of days prior where my cuticles were sore, red and swollen. I only wish I had found Radiance Day Spa sooner! I'll definitely go there for my next manicure. After my facial, I was extremely relaxed. It included an arm and hand massage and neck. My skin was very smooth and moisturized afterwards. I was very pleased with the overall experience. I suppose the true test of great service is if the customer returns. I will definitely be back to Radiance Day Spa the next time I'm in Sioux Falls. That's me by the way this is Stroh, I had to call her that because her husband was so wonderfully polite and I met him earlier, was lucky to book me all I had to do was call in and ask availability and even if she wasn't available there was a good chance someone else would be but this is a full service salon that anybody in Los Angeles with envy it is beautifully laid out it has endless options for all sorts of cosmetic needs... I literally would bribe every one of my ex-wives with the stay at this place. However the prices are incredibly reasonable and what you get in return is a value much greater than what you paid for. When someone tells an employee at the front desk (Ashley), that they want to cancel their membership and finish out their sessions, one would think that that would be the end of things. Come to find out, that apparently one needs to sign a form to complete the membership cancellation, but never once were we told that. When speaking with Tiffany a few days later, as no one could help us besides her and Elizabeth apparently, she instantly became beligerent and did not care to hear what I had to say. Instead she acted like a 2 year old instead of a professional, and hung the phone on me and said that never in 15 years has she had to deal with anything like a cancellation issue for a customer. Apparently Tiffany and crew do not spend time reading the reviews people leave for their business, as it has become quite clear to me that many other people have had the same experiences as me, and it appears as though all Tiffany and crew want, is to make the almighty dollar instead of being a place of sound repute. I hope it was worth alienating customers and losing business, instead of working together on a resolution. Apparently business is good enough where they don't need to care about repeat customers, or with losing business from possible new customers who will be told all about their lack of professioinal demeanor.
