The first one was 2014 after a near fatal motorcycle accident that had me in ICU for 4 days and then at home recovering mostly in a recliner, as I could not lay comfortably in bed. The doctors wanted to do Orthoscopic Surgery repair on my shoulder, wrists and leg, and the prognosis was that I would probably never run another 5K, play sports or be as active as I was before. I really wanted to avoid surgery and yet determined to get my life back, so my PCP recommended Airrosti treatment as a long shot alternative. After about 7-8 visits over around 3 months time, using their resistance and stretching routines, I was discharged and released to work out using light weights and aerobic exercises and by 9 months, commenced with heavy weight workouts, playing golf, frisbee with the kids and even water skiing again. So needless to say that when I recently found myself suffering from a Tennis Elbow type of injury, I didn't hesitate to call on Dr. Newman & Amy as a treatment option and after about 4-5 weeks and 4 treatments (I requested the 4th one for good measure) I am again lifting weights and doing my usual sports activities. I have seen exactly 4 pain management doctors here in Texas and Dr. B is the one I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone struggling with pain. He is one of the kindest and most intelligent doctors I have ever met. He is patient, understanding, and is a very attentive listener. Always smiling, never judging, I feel safe with Dr. B. I can't say I've ever felt as safe as I do or trusted a pain management doctor the way I do with Dr. B. He is open and honest and doesn't dance around anything. I called 4 different t times to get details and next steps so I can start my road to recovery. No call backs or a sense of urgency. I finally stopped calling and went elsewhere for care and so happy that I did. 3 months later I received a phone call to check on me and I told the lady on the phone my experience and why I am no longer a patient there. She just said okay and hung up. Two of the times I called, there were roosters and barking in the background so I know their scheduling is working remote. Not a good idea with the service and whoever is doing the follow ups. I want to reach out to the doctor so he knows about his staff but I can't get a hold of him without going through the front desk. Go elsewhere!! Healthcare shouldn't be like this. AWFUL!!

The office of Texas wellness and pain center was filthy in the lobby. There is a skylight has mildew and has been dripping water. In the rooms the baseboards were filthy. The bed was filthy and had not been wiped down. All of the light switches were broken and had dirt ground into them. The bathroom was filthy. There was a full urine hat sitting beside the toilet. There were no other customers inside the building and yet it took them over two hours to come in and see the one patient who was there. We finally left While all of the doctors and nurses were setting up front joking at the front desk. I walked up and asked if they were running behind and they said no. We left before the doctor made it into the room we waited 2 hours. It is horrifically run and beyond filthy. None of the pictures that you are seeing is from the actual place.
