Upon my arrival I was kindly greeted by Kylie who checked me in. After completing a few pages of paperwork, I was given a brief tour of the facility and directed to my sauna. It was a very relaxing session and I highly recommend to those needing a good detox. I have had sinus/ allergy issues since the 4th grade. Fast forward to this week a bad cold and crazy temperature shifts had left me with a headache for 3 days. This time, they tried to upsell me on a manicure (I never get my nails done, I'm a woodworker and my hands are not girly). I got a regular all body massage even though I pointed out the two areas still hurting, and neither one was given as much attention as my ankles, which isn't why I was there at all. It's been two hours and my eyes are still burning from the perfumes, which were much more noticeable than the first time. I was so disappointed. If only the first time could have been repeated.
