She mapped my brows, did some color matching, and talked about expectations the day of the appointment. I felt very well-informed and comfortable in her hands and with Boss Gal in general. My appointment was the following week and it went as smooth as expected. And speaking of expectations Kayla provided me with an overview of what the next week or two would look like from the appearance of my brows to the healing process and everything else. On day two they were super dark, but as she advised they would soften over time and they did! Four weeks later was a touch-up and it was exactly what I needed. My brows look natural and match my face shape and hair color flawlessly. It's so nice to just wake up and get up and go, to not worry about penciling in my eyebrows and accidentally wiping one off! Secondly we were never asked what type of massages we wanted. Both therapists proceeded to manhandle us with extreme deep tissue massages when we were looking for relaxing swedish massages. I have never had a massage where I was in pain and about in tears during and felt more tense afterwards. It was requested twice during the session to go lighter on the pressure and it was ignored.
