Since discovering the El Segundo location, it's become my go-to spot whenever I'm in need of a massage. I've been coming here for 2 years or so, I always request a combo massage for 90 minutes. Sometimes I'll add enhancements like hot aroma oil or hot stones. They have a number of add ons to choose from, make sure you ask about them! The location is extremely professional and very tidy. You're greeted with a friendly smile and warm welcome from the receptionist--usually Tanya (I'm not sure if I'm spelling that correctly). From the moment you walk in, a sense of peace and calm starts to wash over you as you're led to your room. The instructions are simple: remove your clothing, keep your undergarments on, and relax while you enjoy your massage. I'm not even looking for other places anymore because the level of service they provide here is just THAT GOOD. I can confidently say I haven't found a better place for a massage.

After I paid the receptionist looked at my receipt and said "Oh, you didn't add tip? Why?" Like excuse me I am already paying for the job done and asking for tip just to make the customer feel bad because they didn't add tip is just rude. It is my own personal decision whether to tip or not. I answered her that I do not have enough cash since I want to tip in cash I can go to the bank and get it and come back. She smiled and said "oh ok, give me the loyalty card back and take it when you bring the tip money" this is outrageous. Don't force people for such things. Didn't go back and neither will go here for massage.

She is a GODSEND and an absolute sweetheart. As soon as the massage started, my phone accidentally went off (in silent mode but Mom is on bypass, OOPS!) so I jumped up naked lol, apologizing profusely and darting for my phone. Cindy just waved her hands and softly said "oh don't worry, don't worry".. Her technique is unique in that she incorporates these long, deep, VERY slow strokes which are so intentional and intuitive. She knows exactly how much pressure to apply to every inch of you, but she'll also ask just to be sure. I had extreme tightness from a motorcycle accident and I've never felt so loosened and relieved. She even straightened my neck hump a bit! Wow lol. We chatted a little about my injuries and her positive energy is both comforting and refreshing. I feel like she genuinely cares about your well-being. She even gave me a hug after I tipped her, such a doll! The prices here are reasonable AND I respect the fact that they need to raise prices but do so incrementally so people can afford to make appointments closer together.
