Apparently I led the charge because when I got there, there was no one - and in the matter of the hour, I counted four people coming in, and I stopped counting at six interruptions in my massage when she had to go and answer the phone, talk to people in the lobby, get people settled in another room. And every time she answered the phone she told people to come down because it's not busy.... I could have forgiven all of that, and I might have even come back because historically the price has been right. The $50 massage, $10 tip, not bad for someone with no Massage training. But when I was leaving, she stopped me and asked me for $30 tip. She pointed to a new sign that they have that says that a good massage is $20 tip and a great massage is $30... and I'm wondering why would I pay 60% on a substandard massage that was interrupted 6+ times... It means most the time and that this time they weren't gonna get that and i wasn't going to budge because I couldn't believe they had the nerve, gall, and audacity to tell me how to spend my money especially on an optional portion when I could've gave nothing. Had it not been for my wife offering to cover the extra $20 I would've left them upset. So in the end I had to scratch out the tip and total I wrote so that they could shutup and accept the tip they preferred and requested.It's also very brave and presumptuous to assume I had the extra $20 to spare. And if I paid you're price you can't expect or ask for more tip especially when $20 is 1/3rd of the $60 price point which is a 33.3% tip which I would never imagine giving out. And if I couldn't afford the extra money and I was giving what I could they should be grateful for that. And if I didn't have the tip amount they wanted it's never any business's business to know my personal affairs as that could be rude, traumatizing, and very invasive. All that to say I enjoyed my massage for the most part but won't be returning due to their pushy nature regarding an optional portion of my bill. Please do better!!

The energy in her studio is calming and welcoming, and Crystal herself has such a warm, positive presence. She goes above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable, checking that the temperature is just right and making sure you're completely relaxed before beginning. And I have to mention that her massage table is one of the most comfortable I've ever experienced! What truly sets Crystal apart is her intuition and skill. She seems to know exactly what your body needs and can find the knots and areas of tension that are causing pain. I went to see her after dealing with pain in the back of my shoulder for months--something other therapists had not been able to help with. Crystal was able to identify the problem area and provide much needed relief. My shoulder pain has improved tremendously, and I feel so much better overall. The day before I somehow managed to tweak my back which happens from time to time. After a 90 minute massage... I left standing up straight and walking; usually this occurs after Accupuncture and multiple massage appointments elsewhere. More importantly the following day I felt even better. Crystal seems to tackle the root of the problem. She really knows how to read the body and like all intuitive and talented massage experts, knows what muscles to tackle first. I was just amazed. She will be my go-to person when I'm having issues.
