I came to LA for a tummy tuck + 360 lipo and had planned everything out, including booking a massage therapist for my post-op care. Then the Friday before my surgery (which was that Tuesday ), my original therapist canceled on me last minute and left me completely scrambling. I reached out to Debbie and she immediately stepped in and rearranged her entire schedule to fit me in for the week. I truly don't know what I would have done without her. Not only is she incredibly skilled, but she is also one of the kindest, most caring people I've met. Debbie was amazing. We were looking for a last minute service for our parents and ourselves and Debbie was able to accommodate us so quickly. I called the night prior and was able to make 2 deep tissue massage appointment for the next day, one of the appointments wouldn't work for my work schedule and Debbie went out of her way to make it work and give me an even earlier appointment. She's extremely knowledgeable about her craft, it makes you feel super comfortable knowing you're in good hands. My neck and back have been in pain for years now so i asked her to focus on that, she immediately was able to figure out all the spots i have knots and pain in. Her deep tissue massage was perfect, lots of people may not go deep enough but Debbie did. She made a plan of action so that we can continue to address my back and neck moving forward and relieve the pain i have. Had a 60min massage with Veronica at the La Habra location and it was amazing! She was extremely thorough! Strong hands, but tolerable and everything I needed. She didn't speak other than to ask me about the pressure, which was awesome!! When she was done I felt a little nauseous which proved that the toxins were leaving my body. ‼DEBBIE/ DEBRA she is very unprofessional and always late and confusing the appointment times, 3 times she has doubled book an appointment, and she does not complete the massage time I pay her an hour and she only massages 40 min. She also massages with one hand because she's on her phone with the other, it's been a terrible experience to top it off she's dirty never changes the sheets between clients and when I mentioned it to her she got upset for telling her the truth I have been understanding and patient but enough is enough. She then canceled future appointments and kept the money I had already deposited to her. I went in with a tight low back as well as soreness to my right mid back. I contacted Debora via the yelp appointment function and she responded quickly. I explained my back issues and thought I would need the relaxation massage. She suggested I do a combo massage that would be better for my situation. I took her up on her suggestion and it was the right choice. When I left, I felt so much less tension. Her spa is nicely decorated and gives off a very relaxing sensation.
