She even texted me back at 8 a.m. to confirm. When I arrived, the first thing I noticed was her appearance. She was very well kept, and had on the prettiest perfume. That let me know she took PRIDE in her craft, and she wanted to look good while doing it. So, I was all in. She didn't talk alot like some people do, and I was glad. Tanya with Massage Elegance Health really is as good as it gets! I have an old back injury and my back and hips are often tight and painful. I have seen many many many massage therapists in the last few years, and Tanya is one of the best I have ever come across. I have been seeing her every 3 or 4 weeks for the last year. She gets in to the source of the pain and works it out. Every time I leave I feel so much better and I see the results in my everyday - my workouts, my sleep, my stress. Just had my first massage with Tanya and loved her. I have not met a therapist like her who is so devoted and skilled at her techniques. She is very persistent and tries to go straight into it to relieve your pain. She keeps at it and tries to release the knots/tightness (that's what I call it) and lengthens the muscles to have increased range of motion. I have tendonitis in my elbows, bicepts and shoulders along with some pinched nerves due to overuse for quite some time now. I starting going to Tonya with a Groupon. She has been AMAZING!! She does great deep tissue work and is very knowledgeable and knows just where to go during the massage session. I consistently go once a month and look forward to the massage. She is great about targeting problem areas and working on those.
