Not a good representation of Massage Envy. First time visit, scheduling was easy but massage just mediocre.

I alway enjoy my spa services at ME. The front desk staff is very friendly and professional The esthetician is communicates with me very well and takes interest in my skin care with concerns I always walk in knowing that I am going to out feeling good with a glowing skin. I think they should upgrade on the waiting area with a better decor. The wall pictures should foster a serenity ambiance. A nice little fireplace with scented candles would allow their visitors to totally immerse themselves in a soothing atmosphere with peace and a well-being relaxing mood read more

Earl is very good. Especially for more for a sports massage. He's the rare find that could easily charge $160 for a 2 hour session. Each session is consistently awesome and I feel great. I would highly recommend him. However, today I had another gentlemen due to scheduling. It was the worst massage ever. He literally did my right arm but forgot my left arm. He seemed preoccupied, and confused the entire time with no sense of order or process. I actually got here late, which later I was actually glad for, bc the bad massage wasted less of my time.... He was so bad and didn't care about his craft at all. I'll give them 6 stars bc of earl, and subtract 2 bc of the bozo I had today, so 4 stars overall. read more

This location I've tried Lord knows I've tried with 2 different managers & The Staff is good when they are not over worked BUT THIS REVIEW IS ONE OF WISHFUL IMPROVEMENTS 1. DONT take the public as if they never had a massage 2. Keep contact with your client therapist 3. Management is and has always been very iffy 4. STAFF OVA WORKED BC MANAGEMENT CANT RETAIN GOOD STAFF 5. Customer Nightmare on anything consistent if your a client who wants deep tissue massage STAFF OVA worked they will drop you from their schedule 6. Did I mention management does really care if you have complaint of bad service ! 7 They are hiring and if your thinking about working here you could clean the Fuk up on tips bc Management is so screwed up people are gonna feel sorry for you and make sure your good bc you may have good customer service at first but will sucked into the toxic climate in this location read more

I'm very disappointed in my last massage from Massage Envy. I booked a 1 hour massage with Leah & requested firm pressure. While the massage was excellent, I took note that the 1 hour was exactly 37 minutes. Yes, that's way short of the 1 hour I was expecting. I was actually going to purchase a membership, but thought better of it because of the time spent. Leah is an excellent massage therapist, but sadly, she didn't give me what I expected. I've heard from several people that they have experienced similar shortcomings with the time promised. read more

Located next to a Panera and a Sprout's organic grocery store. This spa was right next to my apartment and I have been several times as a member. I have been disappointed by some scheduling conflicts a couple of times and to be honest I would not have come back if it was not for the two gems I discovered: Josh and Kevin. I fell in love with Josh who you MUST book in advance. He does a GREAT deep tissue and I find that he really listens to what you want done and gives you your full time. Other masseuses I have had there seem to stop short five minutes and are not strong enough for me. He is really good with neck pain but seriously you have to book him well in advance. Another masseuse I recommend is Kevin. He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the body and can explain a lot to you if you are curious! He also has a strong hand and has some really nice techniques for full body. read more

This location is nice, friendly staff. I have been here a few times and usually manage to get the special even though I am not a member. Everything is professional and clean. Very convenient for a massage midweek or late night read more

There is a class action lawsuit against the company practices of not awarding people massages they paid for but didnt get a chance to use them before the "contact" is up. You pay for something, you get it and apparently the law agrees. Do NOT get a membership if you THINK you wont go EVERY MONTH. read more

Please answer the phone! Do not tell me that if I leave a voice mail someone will call me back-I have never once received a call back after leaving a "detailed message". There is no reason why someone can't answer the phone when I always see 2-3 people at the front desk. Even if it is answered to say "can you please hold". This lack of being able to reach anyone to schedule the massages I pay for has gotten worse over the last year and is unacceptable. read more

I have been a member for years and enjoy it WHEN I can get an appointment which is rare these days. I don't know who owns this location but they need to check on the staff who handle the phones. I have called numerous times only to get voicemail. I have yet to receive a call back after leaving countless voicemail. Beware of this location and membership. read more

Front staff is terrible and plain rude. Not a fan. I used to love ME but now it has just seemed to be a money pit and inconvenient I pay 60$ a month on contract and yet still have to pay a 10$ "product" fee seems a little unreasonable to me and not worth it, especially for this location! read more

The worst massage ever ...not only was I shorted 10min, but it felt like I just got out the shower and my 70 plus mom put lotion on me. I didn't say anything at first because I didn't want anyone's job affected, then thought about it and realized she could careless. I could hardly feel her touch and ended up falling asleep ... To add insult to injury a complaint call was made at @10am receptionist stated this happen before and I would receive a complementary massage..with the promise of a return call from management ... Call never came .. @230 I called again this time speaking management and was advised I could get a introductory massage for 50. Even with the poor service I left a 20.00 tip ... Had my first massage yesterday! I got there a little late (on time for my massage) and had to fill out my paperwork, but they got me in as soon as I was done. Phyllis was my message therapist, and she did a very good job, very professional. My neck still hurts, but I slept on it wrong that morning, so it's just going to take a couple days to work itself out. I've been having really bad back and shoulder pain from stress and who knows what else, so I feel much better after my hour-long full-body massage. Horrible customer service and I am not a hard person to please. I would NEVER recommend this location. Do not waste your money or time. HORRIBLE. Appropriate documentation is not a priority and there are only so many "I'm sorry" I can take before the words simply having no meaning. Ruined a massage birthday gift I purchased for my husband and to make things worse the manager charged him on his way out! From work, I call and spoke with the same manager that charged him and she states "I'm sorry" there was no indication that this was a gift ... WTF? I have been a member of envy since 2007 , and I used to love it . Unfortunately, it is not the same anymore. I had to cancel my membership. I have been trying to get an appointment for weeks now and no one answers the phone or return the phone calls. finally someone called me today and she could not even accommodate anything for me for the next 2 weeks. so good luck to them, but I will not be back there. read more

Got concerned after leaving message and reading reviews here that their message is a total deception, as they will not answer calls or return left messages, and there is a class action suit about them selling contracts and taking away massages paid for if you do not continue pumping them money even though they avoid phone so you can not schedule. Called 5 times in last hour to schedule my wife a massage on her contract, direct to voicemail. Wow, what a scam!! The massages have always been good for me, but have to book in person. read more

I have been coming to see Josh G. for years and he is simply the best! I love to have firm/deep pressure and he delivers every time. Those knots in my neck and back have no choice but to release when he is working on them. I've been to others and they are unique and good but not quite like Josh. He had good training and tailors the massage to make sure to meet your theraputic needs. You just feel like you made the right choice in going to Josh when the massage is over. If you want to skip arms or legs so he spends more time on neck and shoulders, he will do it. It's your massage and he genuinely wants to help you. He has always been respectful and professional for all the years I've been going to Massage Envy and I recommend him, as well as Chad and Monica at the Copperfield location. Try them out! read more
