I love this place. Cliff is great, friendly and professional. I've had a couple mix ups with my account but they fixed it right away (be sure to keep up with your account balance and free time.. I would give them zero stars if I could. I have never been treated so poorly by a company which already had my money. I woke up the day of my scheduled massage with a bad headache. I called to let them know and see about rescheduling (particularly with the spike in COVID here). I was trying to be honest....you cannot be honest with some people. I was told that not only was my appointment but that the ENTIRE amount of my gift card would be kept since I did not call 24 hours in advance. FURTHERMORE, they told me since I wasn't feeling well that even if I felt better that I could not come to the appointment later that day. I've NEVER heard of a company keeping $100 like this, and I do not believe it is legal, particularly during this pandemic. I have advised everyone I know to avoid this place at all costs! I was told I would be hearing from the manager, Ms Thoreau, but of course there was no contact made. Please don't waste your money here. They will seek out a way to cheat you. read more

Disclaimer: I don't have much experience with massage/day spas besides Massage Envy as I have had a monthly membership with them for a while now. This location has been extremely great meeting my needs. The staff is very friendly. They call to remind you of your appointments and have been helpful when I had to swap times due to scheduling conflicts. I think I've had 5 different massage therapists there and all have been great working on my problem areas (old man back problems....). The overall experience is very enjoyable and relaxing with a nice ambiance/background music and customized service. Looking forward to my next monthly massage! read more

Just before Christmas I was working nearly 70 hours a week. I really needed to use my membership. I called and booked an appointment for that same afternoon. However, when I went to start my car, it caught on fire. So I called to reschedule my appointment. Even after I explained the situation, they would not let me re-book. Massege Envy does not care about their clients, just their wallets. Will never use their services again. Save your money find a company that cares about their clients. read more

ACTIVE DUTY MILITARY AND VETERANS BEWARE!!! When my boyfriend first deployed your staff told him he could transfer ALL of his massages to me and my daughter as long as we paid the 10$ fee each time. Because of that we did not cancel and allowed you to bill him for and additional $80 of services. Today (after having already used 4 of his remaining 8 massages in the last two months) we were told that we would no longer be eligible to use the remaining massages. We would have cancelled the account 8 months ago had we not been mislead from the beginning. As a veteran myself I intend to copy and paste this to every local review and military board in hope that you cannot RIP OFF ANOTHER MILITARY FAMILY IN THE FUTURE!!!! read more

The Massage Envy located in Daphne, Alabama are liars and will keep charging your bank account even after being told over and over since JULY that we DID NOT want to continue the account after the 1 year contract expired!! Yet once again I see a charge on my account today after being told LAST MONTH that that would be the LAST TIME!! Now I can't pay a bill because supposedly the Manager isn't there today and no one else in the entire place can do absolutely anything about it! The manager is suppose to be calling us but I would bet that it doesn't happen! Finished my year membership, I was considering keeping it but driving distance was making it difficult to use my membership. I was told I needed to come in to cancel the membership. Finally made it by there when I told them I wanted to end my membership, their treatment of me drastically changed. I was told the cancellation wouldn't become effective for 30 days. Basically they would pull another payment out of my bank account This logic really defeats the purpose of a one year contract). I was asked to sign a cancellation request which stated that I agreed to being charged again! Again, this makes no logical sense. I've posted this to Google as well, so I will repost in the effort of saving some time with some more fine tuning. I purchased the 100 dollar gift card for my wife as part of a Christmas gift which was described on the site as a "90 minute session with gratuity, 10 minutes for undressing and 80 minutes of massage". My wife scheduled the appointment, went in for it at the designated time, 11:45 AM. She was taken back at 12:03 pm and the session completed at 1:00 pm. After they insisted she pay, when she showed them a digital copy of the gift card, they insisted she leave additional gratuity. Not only did they not provide the services described, chopping off time, they insisted she pay more for less service in addition to only giving her the lower package (75$ gift card package which was the intro package) and asking her for even more money. While she deeply enjoyed the massage, the low rating is given to the business staff for shady tactics. Take your money elsewhere and get exactly what you pay for. read more
