For me, it is the lack of integrity: nowhere in the Groupon that I purchased does it say that you will be charged an additional administrative fee on top of the Groupon that you purchase once you have been redirected to the website. [[HIGHLIGHT]]In addition once you get there, you are left standing outside in the heat because the door is locked, no place to sit, and no one responds.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Once inside you discover there is a waiting area, but you're not allowed in the facility until someone is free because apparently there is only one person there at all times. She was very thorough, asking plenty of questions to understand what I put my body through at my job, my health history, and then she asked even more questions to make sure I works feel at ease throughout the hour long deep tissue massage. Destiny made sure that I was comfortable with every step of the way, and kept asking follow up questions to make sure pressure wasn't too hard or soft, that the music was truly relaxing, etc. Not only did she work out knots I didn't know I had, but after the massage, she gave recommendations on how I could move, stand, and work better to avoid hurting myself.
