I found this place pretty clean, the beds are nice and the rooms are a good size. When walking through, there are huge spray tan beds in the way which is kind of annoying. And you have to pay for makeup wipes whereas every tanning place I have been tanning (8 years of experience) has had at least baby wipes to clean off or wipe off makeup. Also, the tanning packages are at a decent price especially if you are a student, however, you will have to buy 3 month packages regardless. Which for me, doesn't work so well. The woman I signed up with my tanning package was great!

I never received a confirmation. So in my mind, there was no appointment. Fast forward to the day of the appointment I tried to book and I noticed a $40 charge on my card. I reached out and was told that I was charged bc I missed the appointment. Well I didn't know I had an appointment! I showed her screen shots from my email proving that I received only one email from her system and it was not a confirmation. She refused to refund my money and offered 25% off another tan (yeah because that would be a real comfortable situation for me after the way she treated me). She says her system sent me confirmations, BUT THEY DID NOT. I would've been at the appointment if that were the case. Horrible business practice. I booked a tan with another place and go on Tuesday, and guess what? I got a confirmation email and a reminder email about my appointment, shocking!
