We had a wonderful girls' spa day at Massage Envy, and we all left happy. This was my 16-yr-old granddaughter's first massage, and Gabby made her feel completely comfortable from the moment she walked in. She especially loved the hot stones, and she said the work on her legs was amazing. It was the perfect first experience. My daughter is postpartum and still breastfeeding, so lying on her stomach can be uncomfortable. Makia immediately offered a breast cushion as an accommodation, which made a huge difference. That level of thoughtfulness and attention to her comfort was greatly appreciated. One thing all three of us loved was the heated massage tables. Even during the Texas summer, the treatment rooms stayed comfortably cool because of the air conditioning, and the warm tables made the experience incredibly relaxing. My massage with Delric was very enjoyable. He has a calm, professional demeanor, and I especially loved the work he did on my neck and upper back. I spend a lot of time at a desk and carry a lot of tension in those areas. He did an excellent job relieving the tension. Warning! The office will ignore your attempts to cancel your membership!! Over the course of over two weeks, I have called over 5 times, left two voicemails, and even spoke with the manager! Still have not received the forms. The manager, Amber, said she would email me a cancellation form last week, but then left for the day without sending one. Now it's been 4 days since she said this, and I *still* havent received a cancellation form. And I was charged for another month due to this office ignoring my requests to cancel for so long. read more

This place is a mess! Regional Manager Terryn Loreth. The general manager is Jocelyn. Other front desk gossiping regarding people's personal health was Mackenzie. Gracie is a massage therapist that never seems sober and seems like she is drugged out all the time. Philipe is a massage therapist that they were discussing inappropriate behavior towards Mackenzie Employees don't do their job. The manager doesn't do anything but sit on the speaker phone with a front desk I have complaints about Jocelyn and Mackenzie discussing personal matters with estheticians on speaker phone regarding STDs, oral sexual intercourse, the selling and distribution of mushrooms, inappropriate coercive behavior between massage therapists and Jocelyn being the manager not being alarmed by these kinds of conversations as if this is normal. There were other employees that mentioned that this is nothing new and they can't do anything about it. read more

I have been going here on and off for a couple of years. Today I tried a new masseuse due to the old one I liked leaving. The new one was Valencia! And WOW!!!! I like a productive and medium-firm massages that works out my soreness and she did it without pain. She was professional and her technique was some of the best I have ever experienced with her. They refused to validate them because I did not have the physical cards with me. I was given these cards as a gift and took a picture of them in case I lost them. I had a wonderful massage today with Lasonja! She focused on all my areas of concern using deep pressure and firm and medium! I love the way she mixes all three in! I have a lot of built up tension in my shoulders and neck and she definitely worked it out.
