Nails started to chip off less than a week, came back the owner…read more"fixed it", 2 days later, 2 more nails have the gel polish chipped off, came by and got blamed by the owner that she shouldn't listened to me when I asked to do 2 coats of pinkish nail color, which is not the 1st time I've asked my nails to be done that exact same way with no issues (obviously not at this salon), anyways, came back and asked the owner that I don't wanna be dealing with this problem that I prefer to fix all my nails, which her response was in a raising voice in front of a customer, that she has the right to refuse to do that because it's been 2 weeks, when in fact it hasn't and I offered to show my bank statement to prove that that's not the case and listen, if you use gel manicure in your nails you know that that thing doesn't move until you scrap off the gel polish from your nails, anyways at that point I told her that I won't and shouldn't be begging to get a service done for which I paid and is crappy, specially when she boasts how she has 15yrs. of experience doing nails, save your time energy and pay somewhere else to have an acceptable service . Avoid this place and the crappy service "the owner" offers, by the way, everytime I "had" to come by because of the issue with the gel chipping off, I don't see a clientele, now I know why, lol.

She repeatedly kept asking me if I wanted gel polish instead, and after I said no, it felt like she became rough and careless with my nails. I still have clear polish left on my skin, my nails are bumpy and streaky, and the white polish looks uneven. I've gotten white nails before many times, and they've never looked like this. The polish has already chipped in multiple places, and some sides of the nails barely even have polish on them. I really wanted to give this place 5 stars because the pedicure service was wonderful, but the manicure quality was unfortunately less than mediocre.

This was hands down the worst service I've ever had at a nail salon…read more I understand that not all salons carry the same products, and it was fine that they didn't have what I originally wanted. The problem wasn't that--it was everything that happened after. The nail tech became visibly annoyed when I changed my service (after the manager informed me they didn't carry the product I requested). I agreed to just do a gel manicure, but when she brought out acrylic powder, I told her again that I only wanted gel on my natural nails. She questioned me about my first request, I clarified again, and from then on her attitude completely shifted. She ignored me, very obviously spoke about me to the pedicure tech in their native language, and then called over the manager as if there was a problem, which there wasn't. From that point forward, she was aggressive and unprofessional. She grabbed my hand roughly, buffed my nails harshly, and clearly did not want to do the service. When I pointed out an obviously uneven nail, she barely corrected it. The final result was terrible: * Uneven nails of different lengths * Sloppy polish with streaks and residue * Polish left on my skin * A chipped corner on one nail * Bumps where the nail bed wasn't buffed properly * Cuticles completely ignored (just oil slapped on at the end) This was supposed to be a $40 "gel manicure,"but looked like something I could've done at home in the dark. To make matters worse, while I was paying, the tech came up to the counter, started arguing with the manager in their native language, pointing aggressively at the screen, and then stormed out. That is absolutely unprofessional behavior and reflects terribly on the salon. I still paid, because I'm not like that, but I will never come back. Employees like this can ruin a business's reputation, and unfortunately, that's exactly what happened here. I do not recommend this salon at all. Iv had them before at other places with no problems. They gave me a towel to wear and I got on the table. The lady began the service. She was ..ok bit not exactly relaxing. Then she had to move a piece of equipment or furniture and all I heard was thing clanking hitting the walls etc. it was slightly comical because my eyes were covered. Astter the head service I go across the hall and 2 ladies begin to try and brush out my hair.. then 3 then they send me back to the table telling me it's tangled not to worry. I of course begin to worry. It is getting slightly painful from the pulling at this point. When we get back to the blow dry chair many ladies and the managers were in there. I'm now in tears so overwhelmed. I had beautiful long hair I'd grown for years. I'd gon for the first bit of me time in awhile and felt awful. The ladies requested to just cut the knot out. I said no I'd have my salon do it. When I got home I saw the knot was actually matted. I went to my salon the next day and they had to cut my hair. From low back length to almost shoulder length to even it out. The Salon did not charge me gave me a gift card I will use on a nail service and paid for my hair cut. Please be careful with head spas.
