Entire staff is very welcoming and accommodating. Tracey did my one hour massage and she was great. Gabby at front desk was also helpful and is knowledgeable about any questions you may have. Highly recommend and will be returning. read more

Katie did an excellent job making sure to address all of my issues. She was very professional. I requested to try the CBD Cream that helped me a great deal to relax my tension areas. I felt great a few days later and was able to go back doing what I do best. Thank you. Gabriella at the front desk is very pleasant and very professional. She always greet you with a beautiful smile. I always enjoy going to the Parsippany location. read more

ME Parsippany is one of the nicest Massage Envy locations I've been to. I'm greeted by a friendly and helpful person when I walk in, there is a separate, quiet waiting area, and the restrooms are very clean. I go here for firm massages and Bela and Tracey have delivered. (Thank you!) I've been to other ME locations in NJ -- and you can really tell that the leadership team at this location cares about their space and members. read more

I had a good experience . I recommend, they help me with my lower pain . Btw it's really clean

I have been here a few times and have had an iffy experience . It is close to my houae so I thought I would give it a second chance , I was not disappointed, I finally found an esthetician that I love. I am glad I gave this establishment a second chance. The front desk is also very helpful, which can be hard to find. The area where you wait can do with a upgrade, it's a little uneventful, and not soothing at all. read more

Complete Rip Off! DO NOT SIGN UP OR YOU WILL NEVER GET AN APPOINTMENT! THEY HAVE HORIBBLE INEXPERIENCED THERAPISTS AND SHORT STAFFED. I am done with Massage Envy, I am beyond upset with the Quality and Lack of Knowledge and experience of therapists and the lack of the knowledge of the receptionist trying to match with my needs. This company has changed not just one store , it's all over the country . I am now live in South Carolina where therapists are just as awful as this location and takes over a MONTH to get in. They continue to take dues out of my account even though they cannon get me in. I finally was done with this company, and told them to CANCEL and all they did was give me 4 month of Dues, and they owe me 2 years of Dues! (over $2,000). The insane part about this is that when I asked to PAUSE THE MEMBERSHIP so I can catch up, they told me I cannot use the services when it is PAUSED! The COVID excuse and sorry were short staffed is getting old and doesn't help me, a DISABLED CHRONIC PAIN PATIENT. I am a chronic pain patient that can NEVER get in for appointments in ANY and ALL Massage Envy's on a regular basis. It takes weeks or months to get in for an appointment then when I finally get in, the therapists are absolutely awful. I have not had a good massage in YEARS. I have tried to Cancel the membership in the past because of these issues, but they threatened to take all my money, so I froze it, then after freezing it for the maximum amount of time, I can never get in to anyone ever. And the reason is bedaus They are short staffed because of COVID! I have had such horrible massages with such NOVICE therapists I have stopped the Massage and WALKED OUT. I have been lied to by the girls that take appointments telling me the therapists I have know deep tissue , cranial massage and TMJ but they know nothing. I have spent thousands in the past few years from REAL MASSAGE THERAPISTS because I have flare ups due to the fact I am DISABLED from NECK Pain and Trigeminal Neralgia and TMJ. I get flare ups and need to know who I'm going to and get in a timely manner and trust that they know what they are doing. My health condition and NEEDS ARE FAR Away from the SKILLS NEEDED BY A THERAPIST THAT IS NOT CHILD FRESH OUT OF MASSAGE SCHOOL! Then I called them about this and they just Cancelled and gave me oney 1/4 of the Dues owed to me. I EXPECT THE REMAINDER OF MY DUES OWE TO ME OR I WILL BE SUING AND CONTACTING THE BBB. read more

Love coming here and Carlene takes such good care of me with amazing facial treatments. Especially since I'm getting older I see a big difference in the condition of my skin. I highly recommend massage envy to anyone who wants to be their best. read more

Went in and got two 1.5 hr massages. One with Martine.L, and the other with Katy. Didn't like either, came out more stressed than I went in. I won't be going back. read more

I had an amazing experience with my facial micro infusion, Carlene my esthetician was so professional, knowledgeable and informative, not to mention throw. It was wonderful I have glowing, radiant skin. Great service !! read more

I absolutely love Massage Envy in parsippany!! The second I walk in I'm always greeted by bri and/or gabby and they are always so friendly and helpful!! I have always had such great experiences! Caitlyn and Martine are my go- too girls for massages! I go once sometimes twice a month and leave so happy every time! I'm sure everyone is wonderful! I Highly recommend this massage envy! read more

Kaye did a wonderful massage! Highly recommend her! She has very strong hands but also very relaxing. Just what I needed!

Had an excellent experience at massage envy with esthetician Ashlee. she thoroughly explained everything she was doing and all the products she was using. She also recommended skin care products to add to my every day routine. It was a very relaxing experience and my skin has never felt better! I will deffinetly be going back! read more

We have been members of Massage Envy since 2006! My husband and I enjoy a variety of massages, including cupping, and all the different types of facials. IMO Carlene is the best for facials... but please some appointments in her schedule for me! read more

Always a great experience at Massage Envy especially with Martine. Strong pressure but really relieves a lot of the aches and pain I'm experiencing especially in my back. She always listens to where I am in pain each time and ensure she focuses and targets that area more. Always walk out feeling amazing! read more

I moved to the area this year and after going to the same massage therapist for over 10 years I had to start looking for a new person. I tried many places and therapists until I found Jackie. She is awesome. Really listens to what you want and makes the experience relaxing. She has great hands read more

Ashley is amazing! My skin is so refreshed after my facial with her and she gave great recommendations. My boyfriend had Paola for a massage and said it was one of the best he's ever had. The front desk was so friendly and cheerful I felt very welcomed. All of them are on their game and total superstars! read more

These people here are simply amazing. Friendly , kind to each other and you. And the therapists and vibe are wonderful!

I traditionally visited Massage Envy for massages (I am a member which I highly recommend) but once I tried the facials, I have a new monthly ritual! Don't let the name fool you- they offer extremely high quality facials from skilled aestheticians, with great products. I see Michelle who is fabulous and I highly recommend. She provides a great customized experience every time depending on what my skin issues are at that point (breakout, dryness), etc. It's a wonderful facial that is every bit as high quality (if not better) as a high end salon but much more affordable. The Massage Envy site itself is impeccably clean, soothing and welcoming. read more

Very inconsistent quality. Some massage therapists are so bad that it leaves you wondering if they are just practicing on you or going through the motions. New owners (as of February 15, 2015) Dave and Doreen Ellinwood (dave.ellinwood@massageenvy.com) did not take responsibility for their staff's mistakes. They appear to have no interest in customer service. I cancelled and rejoined at the much better Massage Envy in Morris Plains. Everyone should be aware of the Class Action lawsuit against Massage Envy for the awful way they deal with clients who have accrued massages which they have already paid for. See www.MassageMemberClassAction.com or call 1-855-382-6402. read more

I have been to Massage Envy in the past (not this location) and wasn't very impressed. I booked my most recent appointment pretty last minute and Massage Envy was the only local place that could take me. I typically get one or two massages per year and go to higher quality establishments, but like I said, it was last minute and I didn't have much choice. Anyway, I suppose the massage therapist I had was talented enough, but her hands were FREEZING to the point of distraction. In fact, the room was pretty cold and I did request to turn up the heat on the bed, but it was still very cold. Made it hard to relax. Also, after a meh massage, I didn't appreciate the pushy sales pitch at the end to get me to buy a monthly subscription. That is NOT relaxing. I imagine I won't return for a massage, but I may give their facial a try. My last facial was at the Florham Park location and it was very bad. The aesthetician didn't even wear gloves while using her fingernails to extract my blackheads. (Sorry if TMI). read more

Nice girls working at front desk, but I left feeling extremely unhappy. I arrived to my appointment 20 mins early (since it was my first time & they took my cc info before hand I wanted to make sure I was there on time) My massage started 20 mins late!!!!! I assumed it would just end later as well -NOPE! It ended early bc they didn't want to get behind with their appointments. It was freezing and when I told the girl she said there was nothing she could do. Cold was an understatement -it was freezing! "I did all I could do in my time slot" "it was no one's fault" In the end they took two dollars off my bill! I paid $58 instead of $59.99. Just Ridiculous read more

Local massage located next to Applebee's and mcdonalds. Be expected to fill out forms which will take about 5 minutes.

I've only had two masseuse from there. Traci does an AMAZING massage. I have a very bad back and neck and she works my knotts out. Does it hurt, yes but its not her fault. Im the one with the screwed up back. Lol. Angela was good too. I prefer traci. Shes always booked so must call ahead. Never gotten a facial but I would rather go to a spa for that I gave it 3 stars not because of the services or professionalism because there definitely good with that its jus the pricing. I'm amember and they keep raising my dollar amount. I signed up for 59$ plus tax. And it keeps going up. But definitely ask for Traci. read more

After some meh massages in the past, I finally found someone I love! Scheduled a last minute massage and got Jackie. I had some stiffness and pain after a fall last week, and came out feeling a million percent better! A little sore today, but thats to be expected after how hard she worked on my neck and shoulders - And without pain! I can't tell you how many deep tissue massages I've practically cried through, but she worked out my issues with minimal discomfort. Ok, so I can still agree with everyone that I got there a few minutes before my appointment, wasn't take in until 10 after then she disappeared for 5 minutes while I was getting undressed (which took about 30 seconds). She must not have had another appointment though, because she worked on me until almost 10 after (I hope she didn't get in trouble). read more

Traci was wonderful. I was given the full 50 mins. Front desk was kind and polite. First time at this location. I enjoyed my visit. Gave 4 stars and not 5 because I was taken 10 mins later than my appointment time. Otherwise good location and therapist. read more

Honestly this place is one of the worst massage places I've ever been to. Management is incompetent and I have witnessed on more than one occasion the poor treatment of workers. Truly I feel so bad for them and hope this review motivates them to change and treat employees better. read more

Unethical business practices. Here's a question: How many minutes in an hour? Last i checked, it was 60. They charge a year-long membership of $69 or a 1-hour massage. What they don't tell you is that 1 hour = 50 minutes. They figure it takes you 5 minutes to get ready and 5 minutes to recover so you only actually get a 50 minute massage. In 1 year, that = two 1-hour massages they have cheated you out of. Don't go. read more

I had a 90 min massage and thought i would also try the microderm infused facial i keep hearing about when i get my massages. My 90 min massage was perfection (as usual, thank you Tracey!!). I am not new to microderm facials and have gotten them quite regularly previously. This was the worst microderm I have ever had. I think the person may have been new to it? Basically water dripped on me constantly because she kept lifting the suction up half way through pulling it across. She missed the whole center of my chin (where my black heads are the worst) and center of my forehead. I am now peeling the dead skin off of myself that she didnt get. The whole thing only lasted 30 minutes (but somehow that is worth 1.5 credits sessions). Will not be wasting sessions on this ever again and going to a spa to continue my microderm. What a waste. read more

I've not had a good experience at Any Massage Envy and this was no different. I booked a 90 minute massage. Most of the time was spent on pressure points instead of massage. After a while I just wanted it to be over. I found the desk people disorganized. Just not a good experience as usual. I won't be going back to ANY Massage Envy ever again read more

I went to Massage Envy with my mother. She bought me a massage. Jan was my lady and she was FANTASTIC, definitely ask for her when you go! She even gave me an extra 15 minutes cause she knew I was celebrating an achievement. Definitely will go back read more

I have been to a lot of different Massage Envy locations and this is by far the best location. My only complaint is whoever answered the phone to book my appointment rudely rushed me and ultimately hung up on me while I was still asking questions. That was a turn off. However, two of the three ladies at the front desk who helped me when I arrived were fantastic and pleasant. BUT, this review is about Ashley who did my facial. She really brightened my day after a very long morning. One thing I find off-putting are aggressive sales' people. I have felt overwhelmed by this, specifically with Massage Envy. I have simply refused going back to a few different locations because of this practice. I even go so far as to making them put a note on my account. It's never effective shoving a product down someone's throat. Teach me! Help me relate in applying the product and what it can do for me. Ashley did just that, even showing me before and afters. She had such a well mannered and relatable approach. I'm a marketing professional and I am beyond impressed. Thank you, Ashley! So eager to book my next appointment with you. What a nice ending to what started out as a challenging day! And guess what???? I'm happy to start my new products ;))) read more

I visited this location last week for the first time for a facial appointment. Michelle was awesome! She was so helpful and explained every step of the Murad facial. When I was finished, Michelle discussed next steps and different types of products I could use to enhance my skincare routine. I'll definitely be returning for another facial with Michelle soon. read more

The Best Massage Envy I have been using this Massage Envy for almost a year now and I am so happy with them I just needed to share. The staff listens to everything I need or say & my masseuse is perfect for me! I recommend this Massage Envy to everyone because they know the secret is to listen. If you aren't satisfied with something they always work extra hard to make it right. I have had facials and massages here & I recommend both! Sincerely, Hope Goodman read more

First off, the spa was very clean and the girls at the front were very polite and helpful. I had a massage with Renea and she was great. I told her how my back was in serious pain and she worked on it. She was gentle like I asked but was firm enough to work on my problem areas. I've been receiving massages for 5+ years and I would definitely visit this location again. read more

Went in for a prenatal massage at 36 weeks and left disappointed. I have previously gotten a prenatal at a different location and since they were booked up, I tried this location. At previous location, the massage table was heated and they had an incline/ support thing that helped with laying on your side for the prenatal massage so I was comfortable the entire time. At this location, the bed was not heated, nor was there an incline, and I was given a way- too large bolster to keep between my legs which caused more distress on my achy back and kept sliding around. read more

I've Been to this Massage Envy location and the other local locations, Morris Plains, Rockaway, NOT HAPPY AT ALL. Hand and Stone Spa in Morristown, NJ is much much better Than Massage Envy! Therapists are better. The staff is very client friendly and focused on great customer service and experience. The staff is fun and seem to have a good time working there. No pressure sale at all. I signed up for the program..no term commitments. Love this place. I would not go back to a Massage Envy again. This is a legit review. I hope Yelp doesn't bury this on the "not recommended page" read more

I am fairly picky about massages. I was delaying getting one hoping my pain would just go away. After a few days of being uncomfortable I decided to call for an appt. I was so happy they could fit me in for a 90 min massage 2 hrs after I called. The place is clean and they have a relaxing room to fill out the paperwork. My massage was great and she really listened to me which in the past has always been an issue. I joined on the spot after that. I will say they try to accommodate you with the all the paperwork and stuff but after the massage being in the front desk area was uncomfortable. It was busy and chaotic which is great for them but I just wanted to leave. Overall everyone was very nice and I am glad I joined. read more
