The receptionist was nice enough to give me a voucher for an hour massage. But I'd like my 40$ in Ubers back as well. If I could give this place a zero I would for customer service. They are not very accommodating. They will not call you back if you need to talk to the manager. They will cancel on you last minute but if you have an issue you get charged. read more

This was my first visit to the Peachtree Corners location and my masseuse was Aaliyah. I didn't find her particularly welcoming upon initial meet, which was 5 minutes late. Shortly after the service commenced, I advised that I liked more of kneading technique, however the massage predominantly focused on more of a rubbing application. Also, while Aaliyah moved around my body, her chair kept bumping into the massage table, which disrupted the relaxation. Lastly, once complete, I was told to take my time getting dressed, which I did. However when I exited, Aaliyah was nowhere to be found. I wasn't offered water or tea like most establishments, nor a simple thank you. While the decor and front desk service received was excellent, Aaliyah's demeanor was disappointing. I am looking for a monthly massage home, but based on my experience, Massage Envy will not be considered. read more

Well, I've got to echo all the other rave reviews. This location is top-notch! I wouldn't have guessed it was a Massage Envy location because the vibe here is upscale and quite honestly I don't think upscale when I visit Massage Envy. I'm a fan of the Swedish massage because I like a more relaxing massage and Mack didn't disappoint. He's been at this establishment since they opened so that alone should give you some insight. Normally I want my masseuse to zip it when they are working on me, but he and I chatted the entire time and I was cool with it. We meshed very well and for the first time, I'm actually considering purchasing their membership. It was SO worth it and I'm disappointed that he didn't have availability for longer than an hour. When a masseuse is ALWAYS booked, that's another sign. Give this location a shot and I'm certain your opinion will change about this franchise. read more

Wow...where to start? Very few decent massage therapist. I've been a member of Massage Envy years since before covid and, although I had a few problems, this facility was quick to correct them. The past 2 years finding a good therapist is almost impossible and I'm expected to actually have to pay (deducted from my outstanding covid sessions they didn't suspend even though closed for business) for crappy massages (if they can be considered that). The good therapist "take a leave" never to return. Today I went for a typical massage IF you want to call it that. The therapist asked about pressure and I told her medium. She asked me about stretching and if I was interested - I am not. This was the second most painful (not uncomfortable - PAINFUL) massage - the first was also done at this location. read more

Sometimes, you don't know what you've got 'til it's gone. I was a member of Massage Envy for several years, but I am not currently a member (massage money now serves as grad school tuition). At this location and others, I have consistently received wonderful customer service and customized, skilled massage. Having visited some other facilities for massage, I believe I took for granted just how thorough and customized their services are. The medical history and massage background paperwork allow me and therapists to reflect on what I need when I visit. Every therapist I have had at this facility always talks with me prior to the service to determine my specific needs. I am a fan of the deep tissue massage, which always leaves me feeling fantastic and less tight. The atmosphere is relaxing and inviting. My stress level decreases just by walking in the door. If you regularly receive massage services, this is a great deal. I have not been able to match it anywhere else (And when I try to, it is almost always a mistake). I was running a little late, so my massage got started later and ended at the same time (40 mins instead of 50)-- which I understand, I was running late into their time. My partner, however, still got his full 50 minutes... Upon mentioning this, I was told mine still should've been 50 minutes, so now I'm bummed. Also, we scheduled a couples massage, and it wasn't until we were led back to our separate rooms that we were told that couples massages weren't happening due to covid. Massage envy is an amazing place to get massages and I come all the time, but today was the WORST experience I ever had there. First off, they never told me ahead time that I had to pay $50 if I cancel the day of. I tried cancelling but thankfully they found a different time for me. I did get there 20 mins late and the lady told me my massage will be cut short because I came late and I had no problem with that. Btw I came with my best friend to get these massages. Me and my friend told the masseuse our problem area and how we wanted our massage focused on those places particularly. My friend had a full body massage but me on the other hand, didn't. The Massuese I had didn't even massage the problem areas that I needed and he didn't even massage my legs. All he did was my upper body. That's not fair at all. My friend and I came at the same time, we were in the same room as well so why did she get a full massage and I didn't? I was highly upset. I don't usually like complaining cause I'm a server myself but come on. I didn't enjoy the massage at all. I kept reiterating to the Massuese about my problem areas and he still didn't listen. I told the black lady upfront with braids about my situation and she honestly didn't care. She was very nonchalant. My friend even said there's no excuse cause me and her started at the same time and she got a FULL BODY MASSAGE, while I only got my upper body done! I called on a Saturday thinking there was no way I'd be able to get an appointment same day, but they had availability! I told them I wanted a female masseuse and I saw Te'la. I had pain in my neck and shoulders and told her about it, told her I wanted firm pressure, and she listened. That sounds so simple, but I've had massages before where I didn't feel heard. I'm going to write this in caps: TE'LA WAS AWESOME. The pressure was perfect, it did not hurt, I left feeling so much better and relaxed. I am so so thankful. When I got to the front desk, I asked how long Te'la had been here, and was told it was her FIRST DAY (just at this salon, not in general). My first time at this location and a world of difference between this location and the other I've been using. You walk in and are immediately offered something to drink and are taken to a lowly lit waiting area. I found I was relaxing even before the massage. This was the best massage I've had at any ME location! Mac listened and worked it. I cannot express my thanks enough! The visit exceeded expectations. I had the WORST massage I have ever had in my life this past Friday here. She was extremely to rough! I literally felt myself being pushed down and sinking into the massage table! It is Sunday and my back is still sore from my massage. I have never gotten a massage and felt worse after the massage . She was complaining about how much she didn't like her job. I'm not trying to be mean but, I wasn't trying to hear that. I came to get a massage and relax i here about enough stress throughout my week. It felt like she was taking how much she hated her job out on me and it was painful! I don't want to give this location one star based off my bad experience with my massage therapist because they're customer service here is great but, I can honestly say the massage I received here this past Friday, January, 29, is the reason I will never go back there. read more

The experience wasn't what I needed. The person who gave me a massage was very nice but wouldn't stop talking during my session. I felt the need to talk but it's not what I needed. I really needed deep tissue but I don't feel like I got that. The staff was very nice and kind but the massage experience wasn't good. Absolutely best location! It's a little bit out-of-the-way for me but so worth the drive. The only downside is often they are booked and I have a difficult time coordinating my schedule to drive over there with their availability. I've had one of my best experiences ever at this location! Tia delivered a very thorough full body deep tissue massage which left me fully relaxed and hooked! However, my jewelry was taken, apparently by one of the employees, and the manager was rude and unhelpful. I'm out a very nice bracelet and I'm out of luck. The business owner here must really understand relaxation & supreme customer service because everything is perfect from the relaxation waiting room to the quiet & comfortable massage room!! The front desk staff is very helpful & accommodating. Both Briana & Ashley helped me over the phone & in person seamlessly. I was treated to a hot cup of green tea while I waited. The therapist I am so thankful to have found, Mack, is a healer with his hands. He really understands the body & deep tissue massage while providing a very de-stressing experience. Afterwards I was relaxed and my wife fell asleep in a good way and started to snore during our 90 minute massages. We will be going back again soon. The Peachtree Corners location is the only Massage Envy I have been to. The atmosphere is welcoming right when you go through the door. Staff are professional, courteous and very accommodating. Mac is phenomenal! He specializes in deep tissue and can find trouble areas you might not be aware of. I started a yearly plan back in September. The price can't be beat. Peachtree Corners is my favorite Massage Envy location. The waiting room is large and quiet. Service rooms are clean and it feels like the therapists have more room to move around - which is excellent in helping me to be able to relax. Tia is my favorite therapist. Massage Envy is the worse membership to have! I signed up at this location and unfortunately because of my husband and I busy schedule we are not able to go often. We have several massages available and every time we call or try and use them there is nothing available. They tell you to call other locations and use the app but that is also unsuccessful. So now since you are on a 12 month payment contract and they "waived" two payments that no one said would be added to the contract ending date you are stuck with this RIDICULOUS contract without ever using all of the massages that you paid for. read more
