I never stick with the same misuse because each has different techniques that I like and some have problems keeping up with pressure but all in all it's a great place to go for cheap compared to others. My husband and I have both been there now, and we've both had crummy experiences. Don't get me wrong, the facility is brand-new, nice and very clean. Everyone was super polite and friendly. For us both, it was the massages themselves that were a disappointment. We had different technicians on different days, so it's more than just a one-time thing. For me, I requested a full body, relaxation-style massage. Instead, the bulk of my hour was spent deep-tissue massaging just my right shoulder. My husband requested attention to his back (he'd recently injured it), and received a total of six minutes from the entire hour in that area. It was a teensy bit cheaper to go here than my usual spot in town, but we'll both be returning to our old facility, and paying a little more for higher quality massages. read more

I gave a 3 because i was stereotyped but the service was a 5. I went here for a facial and a massage. When I arrived the lady was telling someone about the monthly membership after her service. I went back with Hali for my facial. She was very nice and did an AMAZING job. Request her if you want a facial. I had Terrie S. For my massage and she was soooo nice and hit all my areas that were in pain. She told me a little about the monthly membership. My husband and I work a lot and would love to have massages monthly if not a couple times a month. At checkout the lady ofdered the membership to another lady but didn't offer it to me. I had Gina for a massage. I started weightlifting a couple months ago and that has led to very tight shoulders. She worked mostly on them per my request and it hurt so good! Very precise and deep. She also worked on my legs and could tell I have tight legs. (Which is very true.) I've had massagess at independent places, but my two experiences at Massage Envies have been great. They have good precision and can really feel and work on the knots, which I desperately need. And they don't try to talk with you during it, which makes it much more relaxing. Also signed up for a membership, which is very worth it! Otherwise, fair warning, its overpriced for massage. (Although they said they don't get to control that because pricing comes from corporate.) read more

Was very happy with my first experience at Massage Envy. I called in the morning and they were able to get me in same day for a 90 minute session with Staci M at the Message Envy Grand Prarie Location. My lower back and shoulders are noticeably less tense/stiff. Good conversationalist and down to earth(I chose to talk 2nd half of massage so it was nice to have stuff to talk about, during 1st half I was quiet to focus on my breathing and she was quiet as well.) While visiting Peoria last year, I had a massage at ME. It was very good so signed up for a year's membership. I have had about 4 massages here by Wendy and Gina and both therapists were excellent. I live in San Diego though which was fine because I was going to be able to use these monthly massages anywhere. Unfortunately, the Rancho Penasquitos Massage Envy in San Diego where I live is awful. Tried numerous therapist and none were good. The manager at ME in Rancho Penasquitos was absolutely no help. With 2 massages left, I called the Peoria office and the manager Julie was fantastic and we worked out a solution. read more

I love going to Massage Envy for a good massage! Sometimes I just want a massage and sometimes I have specific areas that need working on due to sore muscles from running. They listen. They work on what I want them to work on. I like that I can make it for 60 minutes or 90 minutes depending on what I need. Highly recommend anyone to go here. The 90 min massage was great. Deep tissue in areas needed and she was always asking how I was doing. I would recommend the 90 minutes to make sure all areas are worked on appropriately and to reduce stress. I had a facial as well and it was also very relaxing. I made an appointment online late at night for the next day. They called me the next morning and offered my an apointment for 12:45 pm on my voice mail. I called back to take the 12:45 appointment and had to leave a message. They did not answer the phone on Saturday morning. She called me back again I missed the call and called right back. The 12:45 appointment was taken. But she said she could get me in for a facial today . I said I want a massage not a facial ! So I asked when was the next open massage appointment.
