Both my wife and I got a massage. A total waste of time and money. A one hour massage only lasts 45 minutes. In addition to that the quality of the massage was poor. Consistent staff attrition leaving it nearly impossible to get in more than once a month. 50/50 shot if you will get a great technician or a bad one. Once you find a good technician they leave and you have to spend 2-3 more months trying new technicians until you can find another decent one... all while paying $100+ a month for bad massages in between. I've been a member here for 4 years so I can honestly say this location gets worse every year. They couldn't get me in but once my entire pregnancy this year because they only have 1-2 techs that can massage someone pregnant and they were booked out 8 months. I now have 8 months of built up massages on my account (well over $800 of prepaid ) when I asked for options to pause my monthly member ship the owner kept repeating "per your agreement" at me as a way to tell me he would not consider accommodating my situation. They have cancelled another appointment on me again this month, I can't get me in more than once a month to use those massages, they continue to charge me monthly for more massages but if I pause or cancel my membership I lose access to my credits. BIG SCAM if you ask me. If I can just find a way to use the credits or get a refund, I will never go back to this place again. posting in case I can save someone else the trouble. So my boyfriend booked a couples massage for us for our birthday. He didn't get all the info or didn't gave him wrong info. They told us we'd. be ok if we arrived prior to 2:30.. we made the appointment 2 days prior but the day before they were closed so we took what we could get. So we arrived prior to 2:30 but was told we'd only get a 20 min massage..when we were already in the rooms. So we just did it. The massage was good as short as it was. My girl said she had to leave at 3. So when it was time to check out they still charged us $50 each for a hour long even tho we only got 20 mins. I wish this info was mentioned to us prior. I also wish I was told if we canceled were to just cancel or postpone we'd pay half only. They didnt offer anything or really care.. Today's my birthday.. I'm not in the mood to argue with anyone and as you see they don't care if we're returning customers. And we won't be.. they could of at least seem like they cared. We'll also let people know the experience. They have a new system for some reason the older Hispanic manager didn't know what he was doing and then started speaking Spanish after he told us we should of known about the policies.. I think people fail to forget that customers = bread and butter = that's why you get paid. I run 2 businesses and at no point am I rude to my customers. read more

Do not sign up for a membership with this company, they will not give you the service you have paid for, in my opinion they are committing fraud. They are unable to meet the co of the members that they currently have yet they continue to sell more memberships. At this time you can not book any service, they have no open dates, you have to be on a call back list to get in, they will try to get you in once a month but if you are a current member that has multiple credits from months of them not being able to provide service, it's just a never ending cycle of bad business. If you cancel your account you have to use your credits in 60 days which is a joke bc they never have openings so how would you use 10 credits in 60 days. If you speak to management they have no answers for you other than to get on the call back list. Do not use this establishment you will regret it. read more

I was pretty disappointed with my massage. I like the deep tissue, harder pressure massages since I hold stress and tension in my neck and back muscles. I got an oily rub down instead. I went to massage envy today for the first time. The massage was OK. The worst part was it was a one hour massage and I did not even get 45 minutes. I mentioned it to the front desk and they all agreed that the massage should have lasted longer. At that point I was dressed again. They try to get a hold of a manager and couldn't. Away from my local Massage Envy location, I called this location and they took fantastic care of me!!! I called to make a reservation and the front desk took excellent care of me. When I checked in, the front desk took excellent care of me. On the massage table, my therapist took excellent care of me! And when I checked out (with drool running down my face), the desk took excellent care of me! When I am in the Rogers area, I will schedule time to visit this Massage Envy location again and again! read more

Unimpressed. Put your hard earned money elsewhere if you like Deep Tissue. Pushes joining a membership with massage therapists/staff that don't understand the meaning of deep tissue massage. My bf and I have given this place way too many chances - should have stopped trying after the 4th visit (*he ended having WORSE back pain AFTER this last massage!). Also, the one person I liked/the only reason why I kept the monthly membership is leaving the company / gave her two weeks notice. Not a good sign. There are other places that have convenient hours & provides a good quality Deep Tissue Massage such as Pinnacle Chiropractic in Rogers or Eastern Healing Hands in Bentonville. There are options... I am only rating the therapist. It is RARE that a good deep tissue therapist comes along and is one that listens to your particular aches and pains on specific parts of your body, like tight shoulders, lower back issues, or tight leg muscles. There is only one I recommend so far. The therapist's name is "DOC". I didn't want to rate the place or the front desk staff, as that might bring down the overall rating. DOC's massage style is exquisite, and is way cheaper than tons of pain killers or hospital bills!!! read more

This place is a scam! Do not sign up for the membership! I signed up in summer 2019 and then had such a difficult time getting booked for massages. They had very little availability with appointments unless you booked weeks ahead and I couldn't get access to my online account to book online. The membership was an annual membership but they kept charging me 5 months after my annual membership ended. When I asked for a refund they showed me some fine print that I never saw before and said they are keeping my money. And then they say if I cancel (so they don't keep charging my credit card) then I have to use up these 13 credits in 60 days or I lose them. It's like they know they can get you to sign up for credits that you'll never be able to use. The manager was completely unreasonable. And she said the owner doesn't respond to emails so basically I'm out of luck. And out hundreds of dollars! read more

HIDEOUS!!! Booked appointments for a couples massage for 90 minutes a couple weeks ago as we planned a trip to the area and thought it would be nice to start our long weekend with massages. Got confirmation calls earlier today. Then during dinner tonight Emily called to inform that my therapist got overbooked and could only do 60 minutes. So during a couples massage I am suppose to get up, turn the lights up, get dressed and leave while my husband is finishing his 90 minute massage. Ridiculous!!! Emily was flippant and could care less. Just kept saying you can still come in for 60 minutes, like it was no big deal. I almost never get only 60 minute massages for a reason! Totally incompetent and utterly unconcerned. Did try to call the owner - no call back which could explain Emily's attitude. If you have a Massage Envy membership DON"T PLAN ON USING IT HERE. There are some talented therapists, although they don't usually stay long.The sales pitch is annoying, as is the 50 minutes you actually get for a 60 minute massage. I've been a member before, but am not currently. I would probably go elsewhere but I have a gift card to redeem...problem is I can't seem to use it because every time I call for an appointment, there is no availability for non-members. I would never recommend this business to anyone. My experience was horrendous! Very unprofessional. I should have known when I called to schedule my appointment and I was placed on hold 4 times and I talked to several different people all to be placed on hold again then finally when I got around to saying what I wanted I was placed on hold AGAIN. But showing up to my appointment to be told that it was scheduled improperly was the worst part and that was after I filled the paperwork out and was about to have my massage. The manager was not present to resolve the issue the therapist (whom was also answering phones) was unprofessional and acted as though I was to blame for the scheduling issue. I will NEVER go back. I set up an appointment online yesterday early in the day, waited for a phone call the confirmation email told me I'd receive, no call until this morning. I was told they need a credit/debit card number to hold it. I told the lady I don't feel comfortable giving that information over the phone & asked if I could come by their location with it & was told, "yea, but you probably won't get that appointment" in a VERY rude tone of voice. I live 10 minutes from their location, so, in the 10 minutes it takes me to drive there, someone else would want that appointment date & time would be taken?! I doubt that. This review is in regards to the customer service received at this location and the corporate policies of Massage Envy. I was a "member" for a year but don't let this term fool you. The customer service received at the front desk is mediocre and one woman in particular is one of the rudest, most inconsiderate people to deal with, not the type of personality who should be in charge of a front desk at a place where people are spending their money to come relax. Beware the sales pitch on your initial visit. Once you join, don't expect them to accommodate you should any extenuating circumstances arise. Don't get me wrong, I have received several amazing massages by a few talented members of the staff. The terms of the membership agreement change to suit the companies bottom line so do not sign a contract with them.
